You don't need a modded controller to shoot fast. All you have to do is wave a magnet to the back of your hard drive and then you'll be able to turbo shoot any weapon.

I don't think so. Sleight of hand does the whole reload fast. The controller just did the end fast. My buddy has one of these. I have seen it and it works just like that.

Why would you use sleight of hand? The point of the modification is to give you the effect of sleight of hand without actually occupying the Perk position. With this mod you basically always are +1 perk on your opponent.
