Doesn't look like this guy's gonna make the walkthrough. But don't be too sad all Note fans, I'm starting my recorded playthrogh of this game soon. Prolly it'll be 2 playthroughs - one with the kids saved and one with ém all killed in the most gruesome ways...
i've played the crap out of this game trying to get all the endings, but they're all the same. i made an ascii walkthrough if interested, it's on gamefaqs and neoseeker. it's the only complete walkthrough available. the voice acting is AWFUL like everyone has said and it only gets MUCH MUCH Worse.
My furthest point in this game was the underground jail where the students were hold and then, but that stupid woman wanted to stay in the room next to the cells and i needed to bring her oil, like every 5 minutes, for the lamp in her room or else she would have been attacked i think x.x
@GAnime88 that part is definitely the hardest part of the game. you can actually skip giving angela the oil and keep playing. if you just ignore the warnings about the watchroom, she'll be in one of the cells and dave (i think) is dead. you can actually save all the kids, though, if you keep angela's oil replenished.
I remember reading about this in Official Playstation Magazine's XMAS '97 print that this was one of the worst games ever, up until that time. citing poor graphics and AI as particular hindrances as I recall, until today I had never seen it for myself. I can't speak for controls, but I can say that it's visually not as bad as I expected. I do believe that Bubsy 3D was out the same year, worst game ever!
@Blitzbok I actually like the game, it isn't THAT good, sometimes even kinda lame and hit detection with the enemies is the shit x.x
But still it's a nice game in my opinion since it does have some kind of atmosphere.
There are worse games out for the PSX, i remember i once had a game called "Guardian" or something like that, terrible graphics, you couldn't even recognise your environment x.x
I really hated that game, i just can't remember its exact name anymore o.o
Ich gehöre zu den wenigen, die das Spiel gemocht haben. Trotzdem war die Steuerung schrecklich :D

Please excuse this: HAHaahaahhaaaha voice acting is so bad.
It seems like Alone in the Dark and the Resident Evil had a mutated love-child :E
But I wont say it will necessary be a bad game
