This building will not move so fast as shown in these graphics, actually it will have a shape when u will see it in morning and will have different shape if u will view it in evening..and due to its spinning action it can generate electricity by itself for its rotation... and other electric equipments that will rotate it..

@Skoredger in nationa geographic they did a thing on this and they said the bottom would be offices and the top would be aprtments. you could select where you want your room to turn because you'd be surrounded by windows and itd face a certain way. it is real it just hasnt been built yet

yes i read about it it doesn't rotate that fast though. about once per day.because the guy noticed that a house was worth more than another one because it had a ocean view. so it created this. i though it said it would be finished 2010 but i don't remember when it said

from 0:25-0:39 the section moves soo slowly but then at 0:45-0:53 the sections just get whipped around, especially at the top!

im sure this building will most likely never exist because the stupid building will use soo much power just to move for about 2 seconds!

Good point about the power, but from what I hear these buildings are a fraction of the building cost. Each level is pre-fabricated and attatched to the center column. I would like to see one of these get built.
