@Trosanboss The PResident has full authority, believe me. He is trying to protect obvious national security interests. He's not going to come clean and say "Yeah there are a bevy of secrets only I, as President, know.
He knows, but there is a current effort to release these files slowly but surely.
I think Obama is letting it drip drop by drop. By releasing the NASA study that gleefully announces some bacteria's DNA are made from arsenic, or the announcement of water on the moon.

I highly DOUBT that an actuall extraterrestrial would occupy a vehicle and come here if they have ADVANCED technology they would more then likely use a drone or sattelite to scope the cosmos it would be much easier and safer UFOs are ALIEN sattelites not space ships
