Ironic: since at least early 2010 I have wondered HOW it would be possible to get from NJ to DC using only electric technology. Ideally, we'd have 100% electric cars powered by wind and solar power. However, since that will NEVER happen, as long as Americans are so fucking stupid and keep voting for Demopubs and Republicrats, I finally was FORCED to buy myself an electric-assist tricycle.
I do NOT want to have to pedal down from NJ to DC, but that is the only way possible without oil.
@mphello So, at the end of such an incredibly exhausting tour - what used to take only 3 hours by car - and what COULD and SHOULD take only 3 hours by electric-only car - will once again become a horrendous ordeal.
So, I certainly would NOT be "exhilirated" after such a bike/trike ride. Instead, I know I would be enraged and angry at HAVING to travel this way.
I have not yet received my trike. It's been 3 months. It's being shipped from Germany or China.
these people all have smiles in their faces and so happy even after a tiring long trip
if they were riding automobiles i bet they would not be in that happy mood
