  • 10 months pregnant? the baby gonna pop up in the middle of an helicopter trick.

  • Wow!!!! :D awesomeness!!!!

  • It's fitness pole dancing. It's like dancing, but with a pole. Nothing to do with strip-teases >_> Actually, you can do some crazy stuff you'd see at the circus with a strong pole.

  • REALLY!!!!

  • U can be prego for more than nine months... But ten?! She looked wya thinish for that!!

  • 10 months pregnant????,im pretty sure u can be pregnant only for 9 months !!!!

  • @alwaysthesamealways technically you are pregnant for 10 months because you are at least a month pregnant before the test shows positive.

  • @alwaysthesamealways Actually a full term pregnancy is 40 weeks divide that up ten months lol. my doctor actually told me they just say 9 months.

  • WOW sexy

  • @LoriMitchellFitness How long after this did you deliver?

  • This is amazing. I worked as an exotic dancer ALL THROUGH my second pregnancy. I still did pole tricks and i made more money than when i did all skinny. If you get the right man who is reminded of how sexy and beautiful his wife was when pregnant it is a thrill... tho some guys were really turned off but thats ok. Let me tell you my labor and delivery were much easier than the first when i just sat on my butt. My little boy is now 12 and is taking an interest in my fitness pole. He's a natural!

  • I'm impressed, that's some good dancing.

  • Omg

  • You were Fabulous....Nice video...ignore the other dumb comments

  • This is so trashy. I am literally mind blown right now.

  • @KarisaDavon Trashy? how? Oh, you're one of those who thinks pole aerobic on a is ''trashy'' regardless if she's at a reputable fitness club or not, huh? psh.

  • This also a great to induce labor if youre over due. :) major props girl! you work that body!

  • it can't be good 4 the baby !

  • @princessjilgirl Activity is defiantly good for the baby.Especially in her stage of pregnancy. As long as she didn't lose her grib or do upside down flips.

  • mad props to this lady! that is a great way to induce labor at 40 weeks! love it! also, to the ignorant peeps on this thread that like to hate, that was a good LOL! thanks! do some research before you put yo foot in your mouth.

  • ohhh ok

  • geez people. Pregnancy isn't a machine processed function. It varies from a person to person as much as anything biological varies among people. it's on AVERAGE about thirty-some weeks up to 40 weeks-ish, and that's a lil more than 9 months and a little less than 10. there.

  • how can she do that???

  • go gurl

  • 10 months?... Aren't pregnancies usually 9 months??

  • @daisyhinojosa23 Usually, but you can go to 10 months. :) they will induce after you hit 10 months.

  • @daisyhinojosa23 Pregnancies can go beyond 40 week safely.

  • 0-4 weeks = 1 month / 5-8 - 2 / 9-12 = 3 / 13-16 = 4 / 17-20 = 5 / 21-24 = 6 / 25-28 = 7 / 29 - 32 = 8 / 33-36 = 9 / soooo 33 to 40 weeks equals 10 whole months of pregnancy if it's full term. So either way is right. Don't worry so much about the math. This is a woman who is physically fit and has carried that through out her pregnancy. Good for her.

  • 10 months it only goes up to 9 months stupids D: poor mommy

  • Comment removed

  • @lolalove13nice sorry baby but pregnancy actually lasts for 10months : )

  • that baby must be doing somersaults xD

  • 10 months?

  • I'm sorry, but that is not safe by any means. All it takes is one little slip.

I have nothing against pole dancing/fitness, my sister teaches it. But pregnant woman should not do it. With their equilibrium being slightly off, it makes it even more unsafe.

But I do agree, it doesn't matter your size, you can do it.

  • @Becky4036 You can slip while walking. She's holding onto a pole, it's fine.

  • LMFAO i cant do that and im NOT pregnant ;D

  • Wow. To be able to move around like that while pregnant is amazing! xD

  • how many times did the baby kick???

  • wow u are really good!!!!

  • Beautiful beautiful beautiful. Many women don't dance or feel sexy at all or allow themselves to realize how powerful and beautiful their pregnant body is. You look amazing and you dance amazing!

  • GOOD FOR U

  • i saw underwear!

  • Awesome! Reminds me of the Pregnancy Fit Kit - a great prenatal workout package.

  • thanks for posting this! its a good way to work out while you are pregnant! i actually didn't know you could "work out" while pregnant until a few people i know told me they did. you look great for being at 40 weeks! glad to hear your baby is great and healthy! (: you should do more fitness videos!

  • Most months are 30 and 31 days so actually it averages out to 4.333 weeks .

3 months then would be 13 weeks, so 9 months would be 39 weeks, or roughly in the middle between 37 & 42.

Therefore it is the average, close enough.

One thing is for certain: she is on the level.

Her bubble is in the middle

  • pretty sure thats how u got pregnant in the first place. -___________-

  • @elexisdavishappybird HAHAHAHHAH!!!!!

  • @elexisdavishappybird lol lol lol

  • awesome

  • Come on dude, a month is 30-31 days (except for Feb) - so if you calculate correctly it's more like 8 months and 3 weeks. But in Europe they count 42 weeks gestation and for some weird reason 40 in UK.

  • I wonder what her baby will think one day when they see this, ha ha. But I am very impressed! If that were me at 40 weeks pregnant, I would have passed out or been throwing up. Good job! :D

  • please make sure the poles are absolutely stable when anyone do this. i've seen poles falling off!

  • that looks like a work out. i think id puke moving around like that, but im glad it kept you fit and help to get the baby weight off! XD

  • Some people think when your pregnant, it time to sit down and stuff your face in front of a tv. If you aren't told by a doctor to take it easy - live you life! The more active a woman is, the better off she is when it comes to labor and after care. This is why doctors all over the place say dance, walk, swim, yoga, etc, do something other than sit around feeding yourself day and night. So good for you keeping that body in shape!

  • @889leoleo you are right, but not when she is 10 month pregnant

  • Comment removed

  • See this is how you got pregnant

  • did you breastfeed?

  • i think it is stupid that people say we are preg only 9 months. it's defo ten!!

  • @neworder36 is it oh well good on ya Einstein ^^

  • She wouldn't have been too happy if she'd lost her grip and fell on top of he baby, wow.

  • THATS IS SOOOOOO AWESOME!!!

  • way to go!

  • מגניב

  • I was in all kinds of pain at 40 weeks.....work it!!! Very cute!!

  • 40 weeks = 9 mo since there are 30-31 days/mo and not 28days (besides the mo of feb)

  • You guys r stupid...10montgs is equal to 40weeks gestation...no error here

  • You look so strong, beautiful and sexy here:) Great mum!:)

  • well, 40 weeks DOES equal 10 months...and some do people go past 40 weeks.

  • It's offical im inspired bahaha and that poor child..and 10 months???? Umm...

  • I'm guessing that's how she got pregnant.

  • 10 months? really?! A little mathematical mix up there.

  • wow you are gonna be a mom right!?! then quit pole dancing before you shake your belly to much and kill your baby!!! lol im sure it is possibly !!!!

  • sluts will be sluts

  • @gramerpolise This comment is pitiful. Pole dancing is a way to feel good about oneself, and to get into shape. You don't have to be a stripper or exotic dancer to know how to work a pole.

  • @gramerpolise yeah they will... so, how is that working out for you?!

  • i Thought She Bouta Hit her Stomach On The pole , But Good job

  • Omg your baby go come out having a tsumami in the heart go be a 2$ stopper!

  • good job!!! sheesh you were in such great shape so late in the pregnancy.

  • You rock girl!!! :):)

  • mmm, so sexy !

  • AWESOME!!!! Glad shes keeping her body healthy to keep that baby healthy!!

  • damn im almost TEN months pregnant and theres no way in hell i can do half of what you did in this video, my legs are so swollen up, and my ankles, just everything. i dont even have the energy ! :/ omg

  • Wow, this makes me look bad. I have a pole kit for at home but damn. ;p Doing it while pregnant is just wow.

  • wow...that is sexy.i got a thing for pregnant chicks.they stay wet 24/7.love it

  • Idiots. You obviously all live in your own little world...It has been in the news for years...Pole dancing is a way to keep fit and tone your muscles. I used to do it when i was pregnant with my now 4 month old...hoping to get back into it soon :)

  • Amazing, and beautiful!

  • only if you count 4 weeks/month. this would mean we would have 48 weeks in a year, not 52...by your calculations, we have 13 months in a year.

You count a "month" from LMP date to next month's LMP date. example, LMP was Aug 14, you are 1 month on sept 14, 2 months on Oct 14, etc. 40 weeks = 9 months since your LMP + 5 days, so yes, you are over 9 months, but you are not 10 months. BUT drs and most women use weeks instead of months, it's the general public that ask how many "months" you are.

  • @kaylee914 A lunar month is 28 days/4 weeks. So although I can see what you mean, if you are using lunar months (as quite a lot of us do when thinking about pregnancy) she is 10 months pregnant.

  • This is actually Pretty cool ahaha

  • TEN months prego?!

  • i'm 30 weeks prego and i can't move a toe!!

wish i can have 1/2 of ur energy..

  • wow 40 weeks and you still have the energy good for you love that you used it to keep it shape

  • Love this! Great job, mama and kudos to you for trusting your baby and your body and letting the LO cook to 42 weeks! :)

  • Dancing is a good way to induce labor as well =D

  • good moves in spite of your beautiful belly encanmto me and I um little success, I suppose you were a Barom because they could see the serca Potito at the head of the breast below the aprte, I congratulate you on this and so follow your afotunado husband to have you.

  • Here is a response to a few of your comments.

I did/do this because it is a fun way to keep fit and doing it while I was pregnant helped me get back into shape after my baby was born. I was 40 weeks pregnant here ( a healthy pregnancy lasts 37-42 weeks), I actually went to 42 weeks before my baby came. My baby was safe. I did feel good (exercise does that) & somewhat sexy, but that was because of the wonderful blessing I was carrying inside. I loved being pregnant & my baby is healthy & great.

  • @LoriMitchellFitness Kudos to you! the video was amazing!

  • @LoriMitchellFitness Well done hunn and congrats i'm a dancer also it sure does STOP the dreaded gross stretch marks i should know i got NOONE buh want a pole to learn..

  • @sixchildren100 dancing doesn't stop stretchmarks. the elasticity in your skin determines whether a woman gets them or not. i'm one of the unfortunate ones.

  • @neworder36 Well i THOUGHT it was because i was a dancer cuz i have had 6 kids and only have a couple below my bikini line guess NOONE anywere else i;m so sorry sweetie Xxx Angel ; )))...

  • how long after this video did your water break?

  • @mentoriaw As she stated, 2 weeks

  • its always good to see other women still dancing while pregnant; no matter what form of dancing. For newer dancers this lady has obviously been doing this style of dancing for a while and her body is used to these movements and she has kept it up all through her pregnancy just as i kept belly dancing all the way through mine. I would not recommend a new pregnant dancer try these things though.

  • I can see the baby moving in the belly :) lol

  • dont find it sexy at all, sorry, just worried about her baby.

  • @Europestony Don't worry about the baby. It has been proven Pole Dancing is a good way to keep fit for when baby is born and also while pregnant and to induce Labour :)

  • wow it is amazing thtt she can move like tht while being pregnant.. im 36 weeks almost 37 an i dntt think i could do thtt.. an actually i guess whenn u gett pregnant u're not suppose to be sexy because when i dance sexy ppl tell me a pregnant women isnt suppose to be dancing like thtt..

  • wow strong momma!!

  • Oh gosh. Looks painful. Just sayin.

  • It's a guy!

  • 10 months????? that is not possible.... I thinks she is faking!

  • @compuhombre Actually, just think about it. A healthy woman's normal gestation is between 37-42 weeks. She states that she is 40 weeks in this video, so take 40 and divide by 4 (weeks/month) = 10 months is exactly correct. If you are thinking that 9 months is normal, that is only 36 weeks which would be considered premature. So every woman who carries to full term (40-42 weeks) is 10 months pregnant.

  • @cgirl4e most people dont know this...im glad you are educating folks :)

  • @cgirl4e

Wrong! 4 weeks is 28 days. There are more than 28 days in a month. Most have 30 days some have 31 days. 40 weeks is closer to 9 months.

  • @cgirl4e i don't understand how they get 9 months is 36 weeks, there isn't exactly 4 weeks in every month ( 4 weeks is 28 days) so take the 2-3 excess days each month for the 9 month period and that's pretty much an additional month...

  • @MissDani2009 you count lunar months in pregnancy, not calendar months. If you count calendar months it becomes very hard to determine how far along you are

  • @cgirl4e If you are referring to calendar months, 40 weeks is 9+1/3 months, given every month is 30 days long. In that case, it would take almost 43 weeks to be 10 months pregnant.

  • @cgirl4e In 30 weeks it when you are exactly pregnant but in 40 to 50 (weeks/month) is when you are actually 20 weeks pregnant but people think it's when you are 30 weeks premature but it's really 30 = 9 months is correct. 36 weeks is not 40 weeks but 20 weeks is the perfect time to be 3 months pregnant. Divide 9 months by 30 weeks and you get 3 months which is premature so you have to wait 10 months and it is exactly correct.

  • @NehemiahDC You should touch up on your math a bit.

  • @compuhombre It is very possible, there are 2 ways this could be the case. 1) she is 40 weeks, divide that by 4 (weeks per month) you get 10...10 months pregnant. 2) (and not the case for this lady but still a possibility) she is 44 weeks pregnant. The general public refers to full term as "9 months" full term is 40 weeks so if she wwere 4 more weeks than that she would be 10 months, yes?

  • she aint doing but walking around tha pole

  • @10203040508483 Do you expect a pregnant woman to go upside down on a pole?

  • You sooo gotta b in shape and been doing this your whole pregnancy to be able to do it @ 9 months! IJS. If i dared arched my back and stretch my tummy out around that pole id def pull weird tummy muscles i didnt know i had. and im 39 weeks preggo.

  • love it

  • wow you are a great dancer.

  • good for her for being active but if she was to fall the wrong way being that pregnant she could seriously hurt herself and her child. I have no problem with her being sexy and pregnant and whatever but i dont agree with all the up in the air stunts, its dangerous.

  • thats how she got that baby

  • I BET SHES A GREAT FUCK .

  • That was amazing, how much energy you had, even with the weight of a baby! Congratulations and i wish you all the best with the child birth! xxx

  • You go go girl!!! I love it and I give you all the credit!!!

  • i wish i was that baby in your belly after you dance around like that trying to get me out ,i woulda popped out right then and there and start dancing

  • im confused, i thought pregnancy only lasted for 9 months...

  • @Kaitlin233 Nope. A normal pregnancy can last anywhere between 36 and 42 weeks.

  • does no one see the string or whatever it is hanging at the bottom of her dress

  • I'm sorry I give her credit for being sexy and what not on a pole for her man but she still should have worn something different to wear for this video...She flashed us how many times?!?!

  • @grady112710 why should she only be sexy for her man?? Why can't she just be doing it to feel sexy for herself, her own self esteem, her own fitness. And so what if she flashed her undies...have you never seen underwear before?

  • holding onto the pole is a good way to keep from falling

  • i'm almost 6 months nd bellydancing. as long as a dr okays it, then she's fine. probably good for the labor too, working muscles.

  • just watching this makes me want to learn pole dancing!! there is a difference between doing it for fitness and being a stripper!!!! she is probably a thousand times better at it than actual strippers. lol, imagine the muscle tone you get doing this!!

  • This is just wrong. I wonder how the baby came out..

  • all respwect for her being sexy for her man, but it is so dangerous to pole dance while pregnant!!! Soooo dangerous! I am a pole dancer and when I was pregnant I would never go near a pole it's sooo dangerous! what if she had a fall?!

  • this is awesome! Im pregnant and miserable, I wish I could do half the things u are doing. Great way to stay fit. never mind the haters,. they are prob fat!

  • for a lady that is pregnant, she did really good. pole dancing looks fun! its not dirty but she actually looked elegant pole dancing

  • 10 months?

  • @alvarado808 not all months are 4 weeks. FULL TERM is 40 weeks, it actually equals something like 9.3 months something of that sort.

  • The rule of thumb is that you can always keep doing exercise that you are used to doing before you were pregnant...throughout your pregnancy (medical condition/OB/GYN approving). But she isn't throwing herself off the pole....so it's all good. This is amazing. I just wish other people...including myself had her stamina and motivation. Well...I did jog during my pregnancy. ))

  • i know that this like a new work out and everyone is doing it and im not saying anything bad about this but i think this is like over the top honestly, im not saying this cuz shes bad or anythig she is good but if she has been doing this since she got pregnant i think her baby will look like sloth from the goonies..and you cant say that for a moment you didnt think that this was bad for the baby, look how many times she is spining i dont think that that is healthy for the baby.

  • @dboy22ify It wouldnt harm the baby. What you have to remember baby is in the safest please for him/her as the baby is in water.

Could understand if she landed on her front but she hasnt and there for baby is safe. :)

  • @TheLexie200 Meant to say place not please lol Sorry i got baby brain on as over due now.. haha

  • @dboy22ify how is that not good for the baby? what is the difference between this and jogging or running, or swimming, or any excersize? if her body is used to it, then it is safe to keep doing it throughout pregnancy. she doesnt fall on her belly at all, she knows what she is doing. im assuming she is an instructor for a class, and with that being said she is probably very knowledgable in if it is ok, plus her dr probably OKAYED it.

  • Is that how u got pregnant?????!

  • Ppl always have something negative to say about everything!.. U r great n as longest ur careful, good job, theres nothing wrong with still wanting to be fit while pregnant, ppl who judge must really b unhappy with their self!..

  • That dangerous... Suppose you slip and fall you DUMB ASS!!!

  • No thanks. I'll be happy with 9 months no more

  • well done you! That's an impressive level of fitness for 40 weeks - I bet that served you well in labour and recovery! :) Inspirational.

  • I wish she was my mommy! I wanna be in her belly while she does that!

  • A woman can Actually Carry a baby in her for 10months. Pregnancies can last up to 9 to 10 months. So no it's not true that women can only hold a baby In her uterus for 9 months.

  • Be careful not to fall please!!!

  • How the hell did I end up here? I was watching something about asperger's syndrome

  • Wow..amazing, and sexy!

  • Your husband is one lucky man..

  • @SuperTaco7799 why? pole dancing is used for fitness now because it is an excellent way to exercise. notice that shes in a gym like setting... just because you pole dance does not mean you are in the sex industry.

  • @SuperTaco7799 You're an ignorant twat.

  • @luxyzpen15 Right, and you're a smart ass dick.

  • @philnoll You're commenting not reading the original comment. Good job, you sound ignorant now too.
