@nafaidni no really in real like you have to conserve ammo that why the military teach you use semi not auto to conserve ammo. don't say its a game because this game is base on realistic.
Burst firing isn't used to conserve ammo. It's used to improve accuracy.
Ask any military specialist; small-arms ammunition count is immaterial in times of war. In real life, people use something called "Suppressing fire". Heard of it? They waste rounds shooting at the enemy's position, not directly at the enemy, and call artillery on their positions. And that's how modern warfare works. Infantry and small arms are often just used in reconnaissance and to hold territory.
@nafaidni yes improve accuracy and conserve ammo and yes i heard of suppressing fire that when the m249 comes in. not going in to suppressing fire to much information i can give u.
@tremeloandtriplets why not waste ammo. you tend to get suppersion assits make it easier for you team and give supports more points if they resupply you
