@DrumBum561 Just practice. This guy has obviously put in lots of time. I practice my wrist speed by taking 2 sticks and holding them at the very top. Then act as if you're playing a really small snare drum with the sticks, so that the backs of them hit your under arm. It's a great way to practice wrist-chops.
