You guys have a self-affirming delusion. No one is listening to you, just FYI. So all your videos, all your books, all of your propaganda is for naught. You may have murdered 20 million innocent individuals in over 2000 years, as an organization. However, the buck is starting to slow. And soon, it will stop. Then you Christians will have to revert to raping, torturing, and murdering 20 million more innocent men, women, and children to get your point across.
The government is taking God out of policies.Every nation that did so came apart. We must glorify him with our lives and actions. This is his story .(history)
God's economic laws? When are you going to start advocating the sabbath year and the jubilee year? How about returning land to those people who owned them 50 years ago? How about canceling people's loans?
absolutely right my friend. the year of jubilee would have saved the bankrupted 3rd world decades ago instead of its struggling to pay of the interest on its debts
Churches are people and God's economic laws apply to everyone. People working for churches and ministries are being layed off just like everyone else in our nation.
Not adhering to Gods economic laws is what has gotten our country in this chaotic state.
Mishandling tax dollars and spending money on credit has been happening for years and we are reaping what has been sown.
God laws apply to every person and every institution..
That sounds silly to me, but if we want to go down that line of thought, I think it follows that we sould end faith based initiatives.
Back to my origional point. It seems that the chuch is being used more and more for politics. If were pushing religious agenda in governement, might as well collect the tax for it. People complain about the double taxiation of corporate dividends, but the truth is that the church gets double FREE taxation, since its parishoniers get a deduction at tax time.
1- Absolutely! Faith based initiatives are an outrage. They are the camel's nose in the tent. They need to be stopped immediately. Christians can't have it both ways.
2- "Church being used more and more for politics". Bingo again. It's why I left my Evangelical Church 15 yrs ago. Too many churches want some control in government, but seem surprised when the government wants some control of the churches. That axe swings both ways. Only 'wealthy' parishioners who itemize get a deduction
hopefully we will become a first world welfare state. Look at statistics from northern europe: health statistics, life expectancy, crime, happiness, income distribution, poverty and so on. Not a bad outcome.
I cant wait to see Coral Ridge crumble.

"God's economic laws" ?? I guess these only apply to people, and not the church itself.

Then I guess the churches wouldn't mind paying taxes then?
Since they're people like everyone else and all. "Churches are people" - lol
"God laws apply to every person" - Which God? Which laws?

Taxes go to the Government. God is above the government. "The power to tax is the power to destroy".
We as a people don't want to put the power to destroy churches or control worship - in the hands of government. At least I don't.

You're absolutely right, and I believe Obama is God's judgment on America.

God's judgment must be very merciful.
EuroCntricHipyChrist 3 years ago
Well if you consider being turned into a third world welfare state merciful, then I guess you're right.

Dream on,it won't be long until our constitution will be gone and we'll be part of a one world government.

And this is new? This is Obama? What about Bush's attacks on the first, fourth, fifth, sixth and eigth amendments?
