great stuff. I like yr channel spyrokat. I study Systema in Melbourne. The more I study it, the more I realise how hard it is to explain with words. It seems more like learning to play a solo on an instrument, which can't be done in words. you need to teach your body to play the instrument (ie the human body!) and yr mind to feel it, which mainly comes from practice. Sometimes its frustrating trying to learn from an instructor who is a great "player" how to play yrself! So-practice, practice :)
Manipulating the joints is about making the opponent move away from the pain and breaking his posture. You can't really hit with any sort of substantial power when your structure is broken. Try this with a training partner to see IF he's able to hit you with the free hand.
@TruthFromTheFOX , This are principles that are learned you train your body to adapt and move in a way that unbalances your opponet. Beside that try to thruogh a good punch from an unbalanced position. If you unbalance an opponet you take away their timming, strength, and of course balance.
A very good clip with a spoken explanation. much better that the usual "music" background. I would be glad if you continued to post clip like these...
