very easy, the 182,5 kg and a personal best, and a very fine pl-result. nice to see an old-fashion-competition without equipment. go for the 700 !

@walterkurda competing raw was a very nice experience, it's really a big difference psycologically compared to geared lifting.. 700 is my goal this year and I will do my best to reach that goal!
