if you think some backpack with light bulletproof material is going to guarantee your childs safety... your paranoid.

They do not know how to wield it. They will be in shock. If the backpack absorbs a bullet its likely it will get blown away leaving the child in question vulnerable anyways and it would only stop the smallest of pistol rounds.

They only pray on your paranoia to sell you this. If you really was concerned teach your child how to escape instead.
