I think this is a BEAUTIFUL rendition of the song. God definitely gets the glory. As for the comments made on this video about the "clothing issue" I'm not seeing what the controversy is about. And as for those who see the "clothing issue", whatever it may be, as a SALVATION issue I do disagree because what you WEAR doesn't make you saved or unsaved.
I really love God's people but, we need to watch how some of our people are dressing, are we dressing for God or fashion. Nothing with looking good, but we need to be careful.

The fact that Deut. 22:5 mentions that it is an abomination to God, to wear that which pertaineth to a man, pretty much makes it cut and dry. I looked up abomination--that means that women who wear anything that pertaineth to a man acutally disgust God! That's a pretty strong feeling and I know I wouldn't want to be the one to cause God to be disgusted!

Who said womens clothing had to be dresses and skirts? they make pants tailored for women.. so those pants arent pertaining to men @ all. what about womens jackets??? who said men could start wearing pants? I dont think your argument is valid here...

But in the same token he gave us one new commandment and that was to love one another. I've seen so many with long hair and long skirts and not be holy inside. Youre so occupied looking the part that you lose focus of who you are in God. The key word is MODESTY. You shouuld know that one because the Apos. Peter refered it to jewelry.

Thank God for this group and there are other groups as well. Just because you see ladies in a church with their hair cut does not mean the pastor does not preach the word. I remember seeing a woman in our church with short hair. She had cancer and it fell out. I know people come to my church and see people not following the teachings of the church and think our pastor doesn't preach the truth. I'm so thankful my pastor, Bro. Mooney, preaches to us holy living and godliness. He is awesome!!
