  • What The F***?! How Did I Not Know That? It Would Been Easy To Just To Find 2 Of Those Whistles & Instead I Just Got All 3 For Each World From World 2, World 4, World 7 So I Did It The Hard Way To Get All Those Whistles. (PS: I Beat All The Levels Before Doing That.

  • @Mariosonicfan44 Protip: Capitalize Every Word In The Sentence Just In Case You'll Eventually Be Right.

  • this work reverse too?

    From World 8 To 123456 or 7?

  • What's the trick? Isn't that the way the whistle is supposed to work?

  • @insanehuman19

hell thats what I wanted to say....

  • @insanehuman19 It is supposed to send you in the Warp Zone once you use it, the trick is that if you use another Whistle in the Warp Zone, it sends you to the World 8 pipe. It's actually unknown if that's how it's supposed to work of if it's a glitch.

  • lol both top comments are from the same person >.<

  • @Spiderpig2398 well, they were..

  • @courtneykaydavis STILL LIES

  • @Spiderpig2398 how so

  • WTF WORLD 9????

  • @YoshiXyLuigiX hi, welcome to the world of incredibly well known video game secrets

  • isn't it kind of weird that they used the whistle music as part of the title theme in ocarina of time

  • @BrianThomass Actually, the whistle originated from the first zelda game.

  • @URFTBOUND4LIFE oh i never knew that lol

  • @BrianThomass Not really. Isn't it the same guy that did the Mario and Zelda music? Koji Kondo?

  • also in the second level you can swim under boats

  • first one: level 1-3

    second one: level 1-fortress

  • that trick's real, however that's nothing new, however (this however opposing the last, and - x - = +, not not 1=1), anyway my total satisfaction greater than 0, then i'll select like, if were less than 0 then i would select dislike, if = 0, i wouldn't select anything, but the point is that is greater than 0

  • 0:01-0:03 Link would be displeased!

  • cool trick but i seen it million times so has other people!

  • I would not want to go to World 8 with 3 lives :$

  • for the rookies the anchors are used on the kids ships, so they dont move, if you dont beat them the first time you try.

  • this is old....most of you on here are dumb....probably dont know about the anchors or hammer brothers suits....rookies.

  • I acually tried this and it worked even on the GBA version.

  • the whistle tune is the opening of the legend of zelda ocarina of time!!! Koji Kondo, you're a genius!

  • @stefanwattles I think that the tune of the flute was in Zelda 1 and a link to the past

  • I fucking hate the world 8 song, it gave me nightmares as child

  • No! world 1-3 isn't warp to the midway fortress. because i get at world 1-3 and go to world 9 it's at first warp not midway fortress. @Anbercrombie @Skymin50 You are an idiot. i get some 2 Warp Whistle on other world it's look like this trick. did you're understand? If you're don't understand play smb3 and do this message, it's work!

  • That whistle music is the same as theOcarina Of Time music from The Legend Of Zelda

  • I'v been playing the mario games for years, and so have my mom and the sister and her brother and her mom and my brother, and we never got that?

  • @funny0anime0lover

    It's a secret.Thats why you might've never found it.

They're in worlds 1-3 and the midway fortress. They are meant to be a secret anyway.

  • i didnt know mario can play zelda's song

  • this used to piss me off when I wanted to get to world 5,6, or 7 lol

  • Does anyone but me Notice the flames make a key shape?

  • On the World Map, how do you access, the bit of island to the left of the screen? I've seen it done before.

  • Hey the whistle plays the Ocarina of Time intro music!

  • thanks very much now i'll finally beat this game. it's freaking impossible.

  • I call shenanigans, you can't get two warp whistles without clearing stage 3.

  • @adamkirby1 It's possible if it's the SNES Mario All-stars version...

  • @adamkirby1 As stated before, in the newer versions (SNES & GBA, I believe), you can save progress, which will keep the items in your inventory, but not your progress on the world, which means you could keep doing 1-3 & 1-F for whistles. Also, if you game over, you keep your items, but reset the stages you beat, which would also let you do that.

  • What if you wait until you get the third whistle in world 2?

  • @leetdahl The same thing will happen. The first whistle I believe will take you to the line for worlds 2-4, then the second to the world 8 line.

  • everybody knows how to do that

  • .... i've got this game and i never knew that. but answer me this: How the hell did he get 2 warp whistles!

  • @Dragonman712 they are hidden everywhere! 2 are in world one and one is in world 2

  • @Knochenbowser2008 wheres!!! the second one?????

  • @Dragonman712 there 3 total. theres also one in the desert level

  • omg i knew i should've tried this

  • The warp whistle plays the exact same tune as the ocarina in zelda note for note!

  • @voncoolio i noticed that too

  • @voncoolio The warp whistle tune goes all the way back to the original Zelda.

  • ah the old 1 to 8 whistle trick. that takes me back.

  • @Distortedtabs agreed

  • Ocarina's opening theme, and nintendo's whistle theme.

  • i remember ocarina of time

  • I don't remember that in Ocarina of Time, what is the melody called?

  • This isn't even old school enough. GBA version.

  • @Rachman1337 SNES version

  • @Accretive299 i think its because hes playing it on super mario allstars for the snes, not super mario bros 3 for nes

  • @JThrash90 Maybe because the whistle sounds more obvious?

  • Oh, man! That's... a Zelda Tune... but I can't make it out!!

    Someone help!

  • @MajorMotionMatt

    Ocarina of Time main theme.

  • Indeed it is! Thanks. ;)

  • Actually, it originates from "Legend of Zelda" (NES), other knows this version as "Zelda no Densetsu" (FC). Indeed they had it in "Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time" but it originated in the first Legend of Zelda ever made. It came from the similar tool in this game. The warp whistle.

  • @DXSnakeEaterishacked February 21st, 1986 (birth of the Legend) was when everyone started looking towards the future, what they called a Renaissance! It was predicted that 24 years after that, a new Hylian Renaissance would begin!

  • @XxChirikoxX And your point is...?

  • @DXSnakeEaterishacked If you've watched movies like Bambi and The Lion King, you might get the point. I mentioned about a Renaissance because after the Legend was born, many good things happened! But things started going downhill on like late 2006.

  • @DXSnakeEaterishacked Nintendo: Reusing a soundtrack from the most EPIC video game series in the history of video games! F*** Yeah!^^

Sega: Reusing some pop music by Micheal Jackson.

Well, which one sounds more appealing?

  • That wistle is used with that tune in the first Zelda game, You use it to call a tornado that teleports you across Hyrule.

  • its the beginning tune for when you start up ocarina I had it on my mind too

  • god i remeber doing that lol :)

  • of course its true thats not a glitch its a trick you can do.

  • That cant be true

  • it doesn't matter if u do this unless u have alot of lives cause ur bound to lose on world 8 so... this trick doesn't really work

  • hell...I'd rather play through to the entire game ne way just because its fun!

  • exactly!

  • not tru ive beaten the game without dieing so it wouldnt matter

  • ned to c it don

  • who doesnt know this? lol

  • TO everyone who's confused about the Warp Whistles... here's how to get them:

In World 1-3, there's a white box (the type that's scenery) that if you duck atop it, you will be put BEHIND the scenery. Use this to run behind the end of the level (do not take the bonus), and you will find a secret room with the whistle in a chest.

In the FORTRESS of World 1, use the Magic Leaf to fly up through the area with no ceiling -- you will end up ON the roof (above your screen). Just walk right...

  • ... and you'll end up dropping into a room just past the normal exit; it'll have a chest with the second whistle in it.

Also, a word of caution: In the World 1-3 section, if you get HIT by an enemy while in the background, you will be restored to the foreground and have to go back to that white block again.

  • Thx for telling me that =D

  • you forgot the one in world 2 when you break the rock all they way on the right corner of the map

    you rookie

  • World 8 is boring to watch.

  • Can u show me flute in level 1-1 plz?

  • no, that's incorrect. There's one in 1-3 and one in the first midway fortress

  • Okay, you obviously don't know what you're talking about -- no point arguing with you...

  • you're right ratming does not know what he's talking about there is 1 whistle in mid-way fortress, the next one i can't remember but i am 100% sure there is 2 whistles in world 1.

  • that's wrong...

  • Dude, theres 1 whistle in the castle, one on stage 3 world 1, look it up bro.

  • @Anbercrombie And one in world 3 :D

  • @partycakeboy92 actually the thrid whistle is in World 2 -- at the far right of the map

  • Wrong dumbass!!!! Everyone knows there's 2 whistles in world 1 one in world 1-3 and the fortress go look at videos to see where they are!

  • Lol I remeber this! I found it out a LONG time ago by useing the flute insted of a leaf. At first i was like *OH CRAP! I WASTED IT!!!* Then I saw what happend I was like...huh?* Lol..good times..good times..5/5

  • Go to World 8 with 3 lives? Man, that's ballsy

  • Who thumbsed down ALL OF MY COMMENTS except for the "For those who think this guy is using cheat codes, HE IS NOT!!! You're just all too retarded to realise it." comment?

  • @BlittleMcNilsen Lol, YT marked them as spam because you posted the same comment like 5 times. If the page is loading real slow and you click post it will post it as many times as you click. Right on with what you said though.

  • The first one is in level 1 world 1, as I just said. Don't play dumb.

  • i did that, but i didnt get the first one in 1-1

  • For those who think this guy is using cheat codes, HE IS NOT!!! You're just all too retarded to realise it.

  • OMG there is no in world 1-1 ....

  • Well...there might be. Maybe there is a way to get to the back of the black area with Game genie. I've never tried, so I don't know.

But yes, there is no way to get one without cheating on 1-1.

  • there is one in world 1-1 you know.... the white block in the beginning .... crouch on it. BUT ITS HARD to get to the end lol

  • retard

  • yeah, you are.

  • I know how to get 3 whistles before even beating the first MAJOR boss castle

  • the second level....?

  • how, there are only 2 whistles in world one, the third is in world 2, unless you use one of the other whistles to skip the first castle, there is no other way.

  • yes, i know, but if you look, level 1-3 has not been beaten at the beginning of the video, level 1 and 2, and the castle have been when he activates the whistle, where did the other one come from? in the original, beating level 1-3 by getting the whistle would end the stage, and leave a M in its spot like 1 & 2 have at the beginning.

  • how did you have 2 whistles with only the castle beaten? world 3 wasnt beaten, and you had 2 whistles?? is it different for lost lands or whatever the name of that game is?

  • my firend beat the game and its easy for him to get multiple whisles. :P

plus he gan go from level to level easily :D

  • That's easy. On Mario All-Stars if you save and quit when you come back you can get everything again. It only saves the world you're on, not the progress in it.

  • you get one in the 3rd stage by going behind everything and then you get the one in the castle/fortress whatever.... by flying up before you go into the door... and then you can get a third one by smashing the rocks in the top right corner of the 2nd world and doing the crap back there.

  • yea, i know how to get all the whistles, thats not what i asked. read the other comments.

  • oh, well now the answer is a million times more simple.... 2 words..... game genie.

  • this is mario advanced......

  • yeah this is mario advanced.... which has nothing to do with anything.

  • i love how the zelda song plays when you use a whistle!

  • Anyone else think the music in the new version is worse than the original version?

  • World 8 is very difficult

  • thanks I got stuck on world 8.....but now I wont

  • where do you get that game tell me the site

that SMB3 is diffrent tell me the site!

  • LOL Zelda song

  • that's not a trick, that's common knowledge

  • i know how to get them both already!!!! i know all secrets for this game cuz ive played it for many many years and mastered the game

  • theres three

  • no theres a hidden 4th one the ppl who made it don't want you knowing about! :D

  • There's a fifth as well.

  • =3

there was but I can't find it ;/

  • do you know how to find all the spade cards?

  • thats easy, get 80k points

  • for the spade cards?

  • yup every 80k points gets you a spade card:P

  • sweet. thanks

  • Err... Top-Right corner.

  • Yes, the third whistle is at the far right side of the Second World, held by the Fire Bros. In order to reach this secret area you will need to destroy the rock at the top-left corner of the world with a Hammer Item.

But its really pretty pointless, since as this video demonstrates you can get to anywhere in the game with the two whistles in the first world. There is never a need to get the third one hidden in the second world.

  • My apologies, it's world 1 level 3.

  • There is 3 whistles.

There is two in world 1

One in world 2. don't believe me? Ok.

World 1, level 4. [I believe?] has one. The Castle, has the other.

World 2, get the hammer, go to the furthest rock by a palm tree. Knock it over.

You defeat the hammer bro... or in this case the fireball bro, and he has a whistle.

    3 whistles.

  • Yep the 4th stage get on white block press down on d pad and hold and run to the exit so you come behind black there you get 1

in the castle where the feather block is run to the door run back fly over the ceiling

    and yes the fire bro

  • There's 3 whistles... in levels 1,2,and 3

  • Nope.

  • U CAN get 2 of them! 1,is at the little castle

(world1)en the another is in level 3!(SO DON't

do level 3 and the little castle witchout reading!!!

At the little castle: GO to the end of the level

,but don't get in the door!get the thing to fly in the ? box.

then fly up, at the wall.

    Then walk to te right.

    Then press up,and there's it!

level 3: Get to the end of the level, then walk back to wen you see an white box to stand on. Then stand on it, and hold down.

    Then walk to the end!(quick!)2th

  • in the first world theres actually 2, 1 in the castle like you say, but theres also one in the lvl 3 area, you go about half way through and theres a bunch of different colored floating blocks, in the middle theres a white one with a koopa on it, crouch on that block in the middle for a few seconds and you'll fall through it, run right and go straight to the end of the lvl, you'll be behind the black wall thing, keep going right and there will be a room with a box, get it and theres a whistle

  • Yeah.... sorry; 2 whistles in the first world, one in the second. Lol ^_^

  • what? u cant get 2 of those

  • Lol atm I'm playing, and I have all 3.

  • "oh no, it's king koopa's doom ship!!!!"

  • way too known. Pitiful excuse for a video.

  • not as pitiful as your video

  • does everyone need to know something they already know?

  • What video?

  • Nevermind. I looked on his channel and saw he had only one video, so that must be the one you're referring to.

  • has anyone ever noticed this (my 4-year old brother figured this out this morning): warp zone is in fact, world 9?

  • yes

  • Ya get the whistle in the first world i think on the first level you just stand on a white stand and hold the down button then be behind the stage and go to the end.
