i've never done something like this before. i was feeling really stressed over my kids and so i decided to try it this evening. afterwards, i felt really relaxed, calm and settle. my mind started to ease itself and so i did it again and again. this is amazing stuff! and the lady on here something about her helped make me calm as well.

I will admit, im not a big tapper.. Tapping head etc...

I use breath for this, a technique taught by masters when the student is ready.

Breath is powerful, Air is Energy. Energy is Sound, light, and magnetics.

So is the mind. AIR can teach you things when you listen inside. Water, Earth, Fire, etc.. Ever seen the vids where plants lean toward good music? (this notes consciousness). All things are alive. You can learn from LIGHT, *Jesus (I am the lifght) Ask To Receive, U can do this he said!

I had no one to help me so i gave this a whirl (the whole meditation chakra learning experience). To put it out there fast, after a few years of this I know the future, i can read minds, I can heal people, I create events into life and experience them daily.

If you were to ask me I would say, this is more important than any education you can get as when you can create things, what would you need an education for?

Mind creates duality, + and - events. When we ask to manifest/think/pray/speak and hear only through the heart things change fast.

We were created in gods image? DNA is clonable. We are god, combined into everything. Noticing and acting this way will show you how you have always been right, Most are right about what they dont want and thier hates. They manifest as much as what you do want, Never use dont =)

It is there and when your body can eminate love again for all things. It will just be present with in you and you know, the information will present itself to you within.

Just as before except we know who to blame now and can heal this way when no one is the problem except self. How far does one wish to see the truth hidden before us? Ask in meditation for your answers to come, (through you tube was my manifestation) then, they just do. I suggest pleiadian bringers of the dawn which is odd to say the least, but it is one accurate point of view.

If youve seen my song, those who never made it (selfeggiorob) on my videos. In this song i demonstrate healing that is felt, can be recorded and used over and over to stay at a higher vibration (chakra attunement). I asked for these abilities in meditaiton. Then 1 day, I just could do it.

It is good to let go of all blame, it is hard to accept it has always been inside. I do beleive pretty much 100% now, nothing is outside our minds except illusions. Confusing at times and Hard yet enlightening beyond words. Like Christ said, Ask to Receive, I did, I asked to be trained as christ was, why not? If all ya have to do is ask with pure love, but, is that what you seek? All answers come from self =).

Emotion will show the way, which means, A childs emotional status, one who loves with out question even if the fire burns. To cry when upset to release stored negativity. To rest when its needed and to be fed proper foods. We heal on 3 levels, mental, emotional and physical. Food is part of it.

I can go on about food.. Sum it up, eat Earth things..
