  • They'll do the same thing at the next place. Some people should NEVER have children!

  • It's sad to see all of the children's items laying around. Financial problems is not always a choice. However, cleanliness is.

  • What's unfortunate is you can never know how a tenant will keep their home/apartment. There really is no way of knowing if they are clean or messy people. I live in a not so nice apartment with my husband and his 3 kids. It is always clean and neat. I'd kill to live in a place this nice. They treat it like trash.

  • when i use to have apt i just find most of my funiture from the trash and most of the stuff was still in good shape from other people like this i guss but you hate me when i moved out ijust leave it all there just not messy or damege anny thing why would i rent a truck when i had nothing into the stuff i just find new stuff in the area at the new place

  • Just when you think you've seen it all...never a dull moment in this business!

  • This mess hardly meets terrible standards. You were actually LUCKY this is a simple clean up GET BUSY and quit whining .I have seen some bad evictions through the years. The family that let their kid use a heater register as a urinal was awful.I have seen "STINKY GARBAGE" piles so high that it takes at least ten loads in a pick up.This is a one load mess and a call to Goodwill.Tweaks are the worse.Scavengers are bad too.

  • to force311999...I'm very grateful that we have never encountered a dead animal yet!!...eww how stinky and aweful that would be!

  • you are lucky at my work when they evict we have to replace all the doors and fix holes in drywall.

the worst is when someone gos to jail and there pet dies in the apartment stink!

  • I know we had to evict a family, and the court reminded us, that the state laws are that the landlord can not sell any items left behind, to use against the bills. So, we found a way around that, we hired barters who cleaned in exchange for a set price and anything left behind. Cut our costs out of pocket.

  • A mess yes, but gladly not much severe damage to your property.

  • Well, legally all those items have to be packed and stored in one room. Tenants do come back to get their things with permission of the realtor/seller. That's why you can't take home anything you find; they can sue for theft.

  • I've been a tenant for a number of years....I usually stay for a few years, and have actually have had landlords press me as to why I'm moving...usually it's because of job relocation. They try to get me to stay! Offers of rent reduction etc. Watching this vid just amazes me how rotten and terrible some tenants can be. And...if you can look past the filth, this is a pretty nice little house. Screen your tenants b4 u let them in!!! There are still good ppl out there to rent to.

  • i would of should alot of that

baby stuff is exspensive as well as microwaes and other furniture

  • They left a lot of nice stuff behind.

  • so poor they can't pay rent, thou they still leave food, beverages and a microwave behind

  • hurried behavior isn't always logical no real damage is done.

  • i would have figured out where they moved to and rang the door bell after i dumped it in there yard or had a dollar yard sale the next saturday

  • it was nice of you to donate it most people would have kept the stuff!!

  • ill take that playstation 2 i saw laying on the floor

  • @ninendowii2000 you almost make me look again.

  • the round table was nice ill take that

  • no holes in the walls...no domestic violence. all the debris scattered throughout the house, but the floors and appliances looked as though they had been recently cleaned. a drywall project in the works. bedsheets in some of the windows, and dirty diapers strewn about... crackheads.

  • Could of sold that stuff and stayed another mouth..

  • How could somebody live in such a shithouse, filthy pigs!! nothing but filthy pigs

  • To replace what they left would probably amount to $3-5000, new. Long live American consumerism...

  • Can I have the lamp lol

  • Ill take the lamp in the bedroom!

  • Easy grab up and vacum. Be grateful, some destroy on purpose and run.

  • What a mess! Imagine what that place looked like with all the rest of their stuff in it.

  • The music comes from the Flip hand recorder...the Flip is a great video recording tool for simple video shots that can quickly be created into a movie...I love the Flip!

  • There are worse cases on youtube alone. But anyway, it´s always nasty to find out about this. By the way, who played the music? I like it.

  • I find it amazing that people can't pay their rent and yet they vacate the property and leave all of these possessions behind! Geesh, just think how much it will cost them to replace the items they left. We kept the items for the required time and then donated them to charity...they never did come back to pick anything up.

  • @RDRealEstateExperts They didn't pay for most of that stuff......they stole it from Walmart. When they get to their next place....they will steal whatever they need for that place.

  • @RDRealEstateExperts i was evicted once and was barely allowed time to gather clothes and dishes. lucky for me the woman felt bad and stalled until i could get a ride. they cant help it sometimes.

  • Wow! Lazy fools leaving in a hurry. How much did it cost to clean it all up etc?

  • i have seen worse.

  • just hire a few wetbacks for a few bucks to pick it up

  • Do they not care about their deposit?

  • People like this make all tenants look bad. There are a lot of good tenants too. I always clean the place when I move out. I think these people who got evicted should be sued and then made to clean up their own mess.

  • That's a shame-- what was a very nice home before they moved in. Obviously a lot of work and money were put into it. This is how they re-pay you. Good to know that you learned your lesson about pre-screening. To all landlords, check credit and background checks, and make a visit to where they live before renting to them. If the yard looks bad with unmowed lawn, trash, broken down vehicles, inside is probably bad too and a preview of how they will treat your property. Beware!

  • @gtilley2 Good points. Also take a look inside their vehicle if you can. The way they keep their vehicle is a good indicator of how they keep their living space.

  • wow i dont know what to say thats just sad
