  • Great advise, thanks! I think I am going to wait until Monday to start so that I start on the first day of the week. Looks like I will start in week 2 or 3 but I still have a LONG way to go :) Never thought about my breathing, I will have to make sure it is also in good form!

  • Great progress! I just started today and posted my initial test video. Mine where not quite a good form as yours! I will have to try to make them better! Any advise to a beginner to the program?

  • The most helpful thing to me has been setting up a schedule and sticking to it as best as possible. Getting into a routine helps you stick with the program better.

    My other bit of (limited) advice is to really work on your breathing. If I'm doing a set and am on top of breathing steadily and constantly it feels twice as easy to complete the set. If you get out of a breathing rhythm it can become a lot harder.
