Even if I wasn't being sarcastic you would still only need to check a small portion of the manual.. In the video, you can see It shows the cyan colored "Health & Safety Information" on the right side of the page, you would only need to search that section to find it. However any 3DS manufactured after March 2011 will have a different manual with no pics.
