No. This was the first and only Neo-Geo game that required a trackball. Combined with the driver boards powering the strobe lights and the air pistons, it necessitated its own dedicated cabinet running on the Neo-Geo MV1B (one slot, trackball only).

As this was controlled by a trackball, no AES release was made, nor was there an AES Trackball.
