The move in Blades of Glory was the 'Iron Lotus', which is similar to the Pamchenko, except the thrown partner does a back flip in mid-air, whilst the thrower does a Butterfly Spin, barely missing the now upside-down-in-mid-air partner's neck with their blade, and then the thrown partner lands :) if it goes wrong, the thrown partner loses their head :L
Actually, the bounce spin is completely legal, and done all the time, and the throw is completely legal. Technically, you could. But it would be so hard.
@ghillies4life The bounce spin is NOT legal. The only time you see skaters doing it is in pro competitions or exhibitions but it is BANNED in amateur competition. Throw twists are legal though.
