I wrote it a few years ago after being inspired by a young soldier who served in Afghanistan & Bosnia & came home suffering from PTSD. He lost his battle, but I am donating proceeds from downloads of the song to help other soldiers & their families with PTSD. It's a more country/folk/ballad style, but hope you still like it too.
