Really, we Africans especially who come out to the western first world go back home and do stuff like this.. Saying this OR should be shut down. Its true its not up to standards at all, but we know how many lives have been saved in here. Shutting it down is not the solution. Mr. Cameraman, if you really want to do something, you can help improve the hospital, not shutting it down.

Never have i been to the OR. I was shocked. I have been to OR in the USA. First of all, entering the OR, in that fashion is a no, no. I am still in shock and I will do something about it. I want you to come along with me. let us make the journey together. how about that mr smart comment...
