  • I have to say, this movie is grossly inaccurate. You want to really know about American agriculture? Ask one of us...real American Farmers.

  • About to watch this Netflix

  • @cheesynounou Monsanto makes the seed. They are the devil because they are going against the nature God made

  • polo5star@ its on DVD now

  • I hope this film doesn't make out farmers as the bad guys. It's not our fault, we care for animals too :(

  • This is a great documentary! Its what got me thinking more about what I eat. The Future Of Food is a great documentary too.

  • I now eat everything organic and little to no meat

  • @itsbrisabby You're doing great!

  • This movie made me go vegan

  • Where can I watch this movie at?

  • Can anyone help me with the name of the company that makes the patent for those genetic seeds or whatever they made? I haven't seen this movie in years...

  • Eat health and smart ask me how,

  • that's why we should hunt and harvest out own food.

  • *raise

  • Gross.

  • anybody who veg and said we meateaters are wrong for killing animals, just remember your eating the plant life that turns all the nasty carbon into perfectly good breathable oxygen for all other animals to exist.

  • I don't give a fuck I still ate meat after this movie, I'm not wrong I'm an american and a human and I'm only doing what other animals do best, eating other animals to stay healthy and live, sure there are bad ways of killin an animal for food but hey some people don't give a shit because they noe at the end of their meal it tastes really good, no one ever said life was uncruel and fair

  • @zapata1319 easy for u to say, u aren't the only being treated poorly and then getting butchered.

  • YEA but organic food is more expensive and with this economy we cannot afford do that buy expensive food.

  • This is the reason why I now buy from farmers markets and stopped eating fast food

  • ****Worldwide Plant Fruit Trees in 2011***** Fruit trees saved many from starvation during the great depression. If everyone in this world does their part and just plants one fruit tree, it could save lives. We dont know what our world will be like in two years from now.

  • This film was one of the reasons I became a vegetarian.

  • Right livelihood means that practitioners ought not to engage in trades or occupations which, either directly or indirectly, result in harm...

There is the case where a disciple of the noble ones, having abandoned dishonest livelihood, keeps his life going with right livelihood: This is called right livelihood.

The five types of businesses that are harmful to undertake are:

  • @tubebooboob Business in: 1. weapons: trading in all kinds of weapons and instruments for killing. 2. human beings: slave trading, prostitution, or the buying and selling of children or adults. 3. meat: "meat" refers to the bodies of beings after they are killed. This includes breeding animals for slaughter. 4. intoxicants: manufacturing or selling intoxicating drinks or addictive drugs. 5. poison: producing or trading in any kind of toxic product designed to kill.

  • We are what we eat (just felt like writing that)

  • @strawberries491 guess we are disgusting then XD

  • GRUPO BILDEMBERG RESPONSABLE

  • Great movie

  • The begining was ok

  • Thank god I am a Vegan!

  • @beagleboysandjr ok, I didn't realise that was the theme. I thought it might be another one sided ultra paranoid moore style doco..

  • Ok so theres a lot of crap on the shelves. But isn't it our fault for choosing to buy it? Lets blame the government for everything, it takes away our responsibility..

  • @padstar999 yep..our fault for choosing to buy it and that's exactly why the film asks us NOT to choose to buy it. Vote for better food with your choices.

  • Anyone who takes this film seriously is wise. Anyone who doubts it... open your eyes! We do not live in a perfect world, in a perfect country. The proof is in the pudding! Literally!

  • I'm lucky that I live in Sask. lots of local food.

  • This is just crazy left wing propaganda spread by liberal media.

  • @LightJehuety, have you seen the documentary? Or have you even done any research, besides just watching the trailer, and calling it garbage? Know your facts.

  • @LightJehuety but its true...there is so much shit in the food we eat. Our proteins are handled terribly, our food is kept in terrible conditions, preservatives are added to everything we eat.

  • Three words- money, selfish, greed. Sums it up

  • @gingerisevil02 Buddy, greed is bad but its the reason we have infrastructure and its the same force which brought that computer to your desk. Many people consider greed a bad thing usually involving wealth and power, but it acts as a small force as well. You wanted this computer or you wanted to use this computer, that in itself is the desire of greed, anyone...who wants anything is greedy. The only difference is scale, it built this nation and it makes excellent food as well. Show some respect

  • @davedavedaveannoy1 Ok wow. Pointer number #1: people worthy of respect are people like fire fighters, policeman, teachers, or anyone that makes good difference in the world. Because of the way people produce food more people get sick and america is seeing the worst obesity epidemic ever. We watched this in english and my teacher had us rais our hands if we knew someone with diebeties. All hands were raised, including mine. And its because of how food is produced in this that this is a problem

  • @davedavedaveannoy1 (ran out of room) so, I should respect a people that not only abuse animals but they affect people's health, really? If that's the kind of people you think are worthy of respect, you have some SERIOUS moral issues. pointer 2: you must seriously not know what the word greed means, because me having a computer is not greed, its a neccesity for school and research, and I payed for it with my job smart alec. greed is wanting things in excess and for one's self. look it up.

  • @davedavedaveannoy1 And last time I checked, me having a computer did give anyone obesity or diebities or harm any animals. And if it did, I am not so "greedy"that I would posses a computer. Greedy people only care about their possesions, get a clue. I am not greedy, you don't know me and you clearly don't know greed. and "great food"?!! oh ok. *snorts* sure. they say money is the source of all evil. have you even watched this film? anyway back on the respect comment, I respect good people.

  • Hmmm... I can't remember the last time I ate a Duracell battery. How do they taste???

  • I'm a vegetarian.. but I don't think it's wrong to eat animals in order to live. But the way our food is given to us is unnatural.

  • Good movie...changed the way I look at my food. Also, it isn't saying "BECOME VEGAN!!" but instead, it tells you that our plants are becoming contaminated too. The world is wrong. Why can't we change?

  • All animals should be able to live the life it would have if humans were not here. This movie is not saying "Become vegetarian!" Just do not make animals suffer their whole life. Treat them in a humane way. The world will never be entirely vegetarian, companies should kill animals with the least amount of pain possible or go out of business.

  • i do agree with AMO2269, the boycut should be ONLY for those who abuse their animals, traditonal farming is always the way to go, to be more specified, i will never ever buiy KFC , BG, McDLD, TYSON, PURDO, and all of those who INJECT their product with CORN SYRUP.............. once i saw, SUPER SIZE ME , and it made me stop the fast food stores, this film made me go further.... in choosing my food, thanks for posting..

  • So why shout when we eat dolphins, cats

  • its a shame our government subsedise the corn to make those crazy methods of farming sooooooooooo sickenning, actaully it cost us much more, later on, in health problems.

no more meat, no more chicken , no more syrups, boycut all those criminals in the food industry...

  • @samsamiisamiiii In my opinion, the message wasn't to stop eating meat. It is important to recognize which industry your supporting. The more each person supported grain fed beef or grain fed chicken, then we are boycotting the corn fed industry, and eating healthier.

  • People want cheaper food, not healthier! Sorry but that's true...

  • This is a good movie.

  • For at least few years people know what is going on in food industry. This movie is just a summary what we know, but we should be grateful for this documentary.

  • There's something satisfying and joyful in growing and raising your own food. Not saying it isn't hard work, it is!

But everyone can't reasonably do this. So many people live in cities and have no land. No more farms in my family anymore. I miss it terribly.

  • i kinda like cheap and tasty, albeit unhealthy, food... meat too

  • I wish I could be a vegan but I'm sorry, my taste buds are hooked on meat. It would be ideal if I can grow my own food but it's just not practical.

Good documentary but I think The Cove will win the Oscar.

  • @ag52269 then you are weak. Are you saying you are controlled by your tastebuds? evolved human indeed. Im amazed at people who say that "want" to be something, but can't. You can be whatever you want if you try. it's such a cop-out

  • I'm just glad I don't eat animal products..

  • Thats right, veg is the way to go. anybody who eats/buys animal products is contributing to animal cruelty, if they want to admit it or not.

  • Definitely, I couldn't agree with you anymore! That's what people need to realize.

  • @jewstardust Really? So humans aren't omnivores? I am curious what your definition of cruelty is... because too often vegetarians insist that any sort of death is cruel. However, part of life is death. The question of cruelty comes from how the animal is treated during its life and how humanly it was killed.

  • This is a great movie. I hope lots of people see it :)

  • corn in batteries?

Why corn? how could you do this to meh?

  • fucking bot, get a life

  • i think that all people should see this movie. it informs them of what they are eating (even though i never liked any american food to begin with) if they like it or not bcuz they should know what they are putting into their bodies.

  • This isn't the way you solve a problem. When you state the problem, it should be followed immediately with the solution. That's like handing someone a math book with no answers in it. You won't learn anything.

  • Hey mjhann01. It's people like you that make people think all Americans are ignorant, hot-headed, overly patriotic assholes. Stop making your people look bad. Oh, and if munrotat reads this then I hope he takes this to heart: Keep political, religious, and national criticisms to yourself. One day something bad will happen because of something someone says online.

  • @mjhann01 Thats why the hole world hates the states and because you suck Zionist-jew cock!

  • Ha! Aren't stupid people fun to make fun of? You spelled "whole" without the "w"! LMAO! It's too much! Ha ha!

  • thank good i dont live in usa. and i hope i whill newer need to go there to "land of the free" hah free as my ass.. more like land of the fooled and slaved.. where only 5% of ppl get treated whit dignity and thous 5% are the rich one's

  • They don't want me to know the truth?

haha the truth is they torture my yummy meat.

  • This movie is about much more than animal cruelty - it covers corn subsidies, mass food factory production which leads to unhealthy food production - ecoli outbreaks, etc.

  • The worst part about this film is that the copy write owner has not allowed it to be viewed for free by the general public online. While exposing how dangerous our food supply has become as the result of money hungry people, you've also expose yourself as a hypocrite who's mind is diseased with enough greed to continue hoarding this film for more profit instead of making an effort to educate as many people as possible. This is a foundation for unity in this torn society.

    We are all one.

  • I don't agree, while it might have been beneficial to society to do this, filmmakers (especially independents one) need to eat too. Being a capitalist and activist are not mutually exclusive.

  • You think you dont live in America? Bud, believe me, you live in America. And you will die at the behest of the American soil dream. You think you know America? You've never seen america. You've NEVER lived America, where the true can truely live amoungst that soil. Soil of freedom, of truth, of misgivings and force. Feel the America. Can you feel the America?

  • Dude, you're killing the America. All religious fanatics are killing the America. What you just said makes no sense and you shouldn't use a country as a shield for your own psychotic, overbearing emotions.

  • You think you like metal? Metal is America. America can fly above the metal into the realm of folk. It lives in the bowels of soul and pop. You think You LIve in Canada? Chile? Bermuda? Ameria? America. Its America. Taste the soil.

  • Retype this when you get back from the substance abuse clinic.

  • I will never go to the clinic, because that is my right as an American. American! William Wallace didn't get torn apart so you could assume that I'm in a clinic. And the IS America.

  • @Bobandy4

coming into the middle of this debate, I don't know what you're talking about, but wasn't William Wallace a scot?

  • William Wallace was the second true American. (The first being Jesus Christ)

  • Jesus Christ, peace be upon him is not an American!

  • You think Jesus isn't America? Jesus Christ is America. He didn't fight and die to not be born again a true America. THAT is how he abolished original sin, by becoming, in him, through him, and with him, the America. THE America.

  • You are all gay bud.

  • @ twn5017: You go to school for food science? What year in school are you? What school do you attend? How are things done? I'm having trouble understanding what exactly you know. Try to put your self in someone else's shoes--someone who may not have the education that you have. There is a tremendous amount of misinformation in the grocery aisles and the majority of people buy into false advertising.

  • "I go to school" and "therefore I know" so "think for yourself, like I do ". Ja ja ja ja!

  • I am in the food industry and I think your ability to comprehend legislation, legal red tape, and manufacturing standards needs to be checked. I see nothing false about the movie. Nor do I see the food industry trying to make food people aren't going to eat. What I do see is the fact that most people don't know, and probably don't want to. But they should. That is all the movie is trying to say.

  • To twn5017 You reap what you sow, bud. Just remember that.

What you don't see is a lot. Hope your vision gets clearer.

  • @twn5017 If you want to know what really happens, become a trucker and visit plants all over this nation from the back door as I have for 27 years. Having said that, I eat only locally grown produce, nuts, seeds and nothing from the middle aisles of any grocery store. Eat local, eat organic, eat it raw!

  • whats wrong with being a communist? ^_^

  • there are some really stupid people on here. if you can sit through this movie and not think theres anything fundamently wrong with the food state in america there is something wrong with you.

there's nothing wrong with eating meat. but the way these animals are treated is not ethical. the way the workers are treated is terrible. and to think that these big companies have the right to control a whole line of food (pantented seeds??) is ridiulous.

buy free range. peope deserve better.

  • Also if you haven`t seen the cove documentary film, you should watch it too.

  • Every one should watch video the cove in usa. It`s horrible!

  • Where can you see this movie?

  • To those who think that this video does not represent them, think again. You may not feel sick in the past year, or 2 years from eating these products, but what about the future? The bad illnesses take time to grow. I for one examine what I buy, for I do not want to die early, or pass anything habits on to the future generation which is my kin.

  • where can we get it for free ??

  • hotfile (dot) com/list/134067/02f17ef

    free download

  • This movie focuses on American's faster and bigger food production, something we already know about. But hey, these faster and bigger food production taste damn nice to me! It's your choice to eat it or not, same thing with smoking a cigarette. What about chinese fast food? The cheap chinese meal we order because it's cheap and satifsy the munchies..Like they say, if it is too good to be true, then it probably is..But hey I'm broke and don't mind paying only half the price for bigger amount ;-)

  • As for the Feel better by eating right LOL what a load of crap.. I drink water and eat many kinds of food from vegetables Meet and Chicken to fast food, only the dumb people who eat the same crap every day get out of shape and feel bad all the time, It's not the food it's the Dumb people.

  • Most Dumbest movie i have ever seen in my life LOL - zzk2001

What a lot of Crap this movie says, I have eating the so called BAD food for all my life and never have i gotten sick from it And yet the people i know who eat the so called Home grown foods get sick a lot. This movie just tries to point out the Bad things Yet does not point out that them changing it for big, better, faster food Saves millions of people.

  • Come See "Food Inc." @ 7pm EST at the Besse Theatre at Bay College in Escanaba MI

  • Where is this movie shown?

  • This movie looks awesome! Just wonderin, are there any scenes in the movie that are videos inside of factory farms (you know, the kind that PETA uses to scare people?) Thanks!

  • There are, but they also show how organic farmers slaughter their animals, so it's not an unbalanced view. They show both the inhumane way of slaughtering and the more "kosher" way of doing things. I didn't feel like either were unfairly presented, and it wasn't with scare tactics. The film basically helps you form your own opinions about the issues.

  • People will watch this, buy organic for a couple of weeks then go back to regular normal everyday products...because no one gives a shit.

  • Grow your own food. You won't have to worry about any of this garbage.

  • I agree, nutritionally dense foods should be a priority for the FDA. Having personally worked in a food industry I know that the FDA is lenient on safety regulations. The guidelines much more strict, as a consumer you should be able to trust the FDA.

  • Hmm, I'm sure this is a great movie, but just as an editor I'll say this trailer edit sucks. Use the trailer to ask a question, but don't answer it, let the movie do that.

  • watch?v=SBv76gKPyKA

  • Well, here are solution, let's tax food consumers and manufacturers (farmers) to discourage this kind of behavior, let's limit advertising to discourage consumption. let's limit one child per family and only if the family is a Politically Correct family (vagan). Let's limit human life on Earth to bring it back into balance (Al Gore). Let's have a Malthusian- Ghaia Principle (population reduction) wars for ecological sustainability. The point of all this is Nazi Germany deja-vu.

  • Agreed. Let others do the choices for us - We're too stupid to make it for ourselves!

  • gotta hate fod in USA

what can u do U love capitalism :D

Came from Asia 2 years ago got FATTTER each month the food is very nutritious in a bad way! MUST WATCH MOVIE!!!

And trust me meat & chicken does not taste good at all.

    :(

  • i want to see this so badly

  • So thats why americans are huge?!!

    Disgusting to say the least...

  • Vote with your food choices. Support your local farmers markets. Tell your congressman , "No more crap in our food!"

  • to dlbryan21: it is the hormones in the food, AS WELL AS the estrogen contaminatred water!

  • Maybe health care wouldnt be so expensive if better food was available to everyone. Healthcare solution = stop sickness at the source. Source = food.

  • @THX5569 true

  • Comment removed

  • I was a strict vegetarian for 5 years, and had health problems the whole time. I became severely anemic and underweight. I wish some vegans would accept that meat has been a normal part of our diet since our inception as humans. Vegetarianism is a choice, not a cure.

I agree that GMOs are terrible. However, as an unemployed person, I can't afford organic. The reality is it's too expensive.

I try to stick to mostly fresh fish and vegetables. But, in this economy, I have to accept my limits. :-\

  • It's not about being a vegetarian, you're missing the point, even your meat is being contaminated. Just beware of what you're putting in your body.

  • I'm aware that the movie is not about being a vegetarian. I meant more to comment on some of the other comments I was reading in response to the trailer.

As for your comment about meat, of course, I agree. I have not eaten red meat or pork in 12 years, so I can't make specific comments towards them. However, I do occasionally eat chicken and it's undeniable that most grocery store poultry is loaded with hormones. It is a serious problem. I just wish that organic products were not so expensive.

  • If you liked this one you have to see "Earthlings" Then you will get the big picture.

  • i have seen that! omg! the film is just great!, i dont really know anyone else who have seen it.

  • but if we were happier and healthier... the drug companies would not make as much money

  • Why do you think young girls are 'sprouting' at earlier ages? Because of all the hormones in chickens and beef and pork, etc. Just go vegetarian already and grow your own!

  • It's not the hormones in foods, it is the estrogen from birth control pills in the water.

  • how do you think the hormones get IN the water supply? = Agricultural run-off from the meat and dairy industries which use hormones to induce more rapid growth in animals.

  • @k8washko This is not true, the main cause is that they are overfed. Most likely a diet rich in carbohydrates has more to do with it.

  • I'm about to go see this movie right now and am so excited! I'm a nutrition major and am quite interested this subject, obviously. I will post back what I thought about it.

  • JUST SAW this movie at the theater. Totally WORTH going to SEE.

But, if you're a not nice sort of person, no need to go see. Just relax, have a bag of "corn" chips, booger and fries. Oops sorry, BURGER and fries... :D

But for all those WGAD, (Who Give a Donkley) DEFINITELY GO SEE.

One of the Best Made Documentaries EVER.

And, if lucky, will change ur life. Even my brutish bro was gadsmacked by this movie.

  • Cue scary factory music. Cue down home bluegrass music. C'mon, a little subtlty.

  • You are a product of genetically modified food, lead paint, flouride, and only give the message more validity.

  • Damn.. they had to bring up tobacco.. From a smokers perspective, I believe tobacco is getting unfair treatment. No more Joe Cool.. No more Marlboro man.. Why not? We have all the cool alcohol and pharmaceutical drug commercials.. Be cool when you are white water rafting while drinking a cold one.. Do you suffer from ED? Daddy, whats ED? Thats the drug you take when your wee wee doesn't get hard for sex anymore son..Daddy, the TV says I'm depressed.. Here we go..

  • hi i agree with you 1,000%out of the blue everything is better for you except cigs, well when you drive and smoke you cant cause the same damage as dwi's they wanna keep raising the smokers prices but i dont see this bottle of liquior going sky high,i as a smoker dont feel we should have to pay what they want they have made it harder for anyone to enjoy what they want in life,it really fricken stinks.....

  • Hey, Mo. YOU ROCK!!!

  • The use of "Organic" is a joke. Organic candy is still crap as is anything made with "organic" sugar.

Eat "REAL" food that the human body was truly meant to process. (meat, fruits, veggies, nuts, etc)

I agree with bearhamo - cows are meant to eat grass, not corn....big difference.

  • Wow, really?! I think you miss the point on organics. No one should eat copious amounts of sugar; organic or not. The point is whats NOT in the sugar that ends up in you. Same goes for the beef; if you had to eat corn-fed beef; wouldn't you rather it at least be NON GMO (if not totally) organic? As for eating what we can process; we all get that, the key here is if you aren't eating ORGANICALLY grown foods it's a mute point. Not sure you totally understand the concept of organic...?

  • wow.. its moderation people have a chocie to eat organic or nonorganic

  • Humans survived for 100,000 years eating organic food on Earth, before the invention of pesticides 100 years ago. We can do it again. If you've ever grown a garden, you know that a few plants will produce more food that your family can eat. There is no need for famine - nature provides in abundance.

  • It seems strange that we have to conjure up a term for "clean" food. Not only is organic without the pesticides, it's harvested in healthy soil.

We have a severe soil problem in this world right now. "Conventional" foods are grown in farm land where the fields are not being rotated to replenish the soil...the mineral, vitamin and general quality of the soil is in horrific shape.

Organic is a fitting term even just for the fact of nurturing and finding quality soil to grow the food in.

  • People are such suckers for organic food. Keep in mind that if food were to go all organic, there would be worldwide famine and starvation. This movie is appears to be mostly scare tactics by those PETA/vegan/"we're-all-gonna-die!"-fearmongering types that want nothing more than everyone to just go vegetarian in hopes of creating some sort of utopian society, or whatever. Also, using the term "organic" is just an excuse to jack up the prices at your local Whole Foods.

  • If all food were to go organic, there would be lower prices to pay for organic foods. It would be the same thing as food that isn't organic and cheap. The more there is of something, the lesser the value it is worth. Also, I don't quite see how you can categorize each and every vegan you don't know as "fearmongering." Using the word 'organic' may seem to be an excuse now but when most are producing their food the same way, there won't be one to use in the case of organic food.

  • Why would we starve if everyone would eat organic food?

  • You hit the nail on the head--NO ONE WOULD STARVE, if big business would just us alone. Not one country would starve! The people have become lazy and ignorant. Let someone else do it, I am too busy watching TV and partying. We have let this happen!

  • I want to respectfully disagree. Cows are supposed to eat grass, not corn. Especially GMO corn. I am assuming you know nothing about GMOs. They feed hormones to chickens to make them grow 2 times faster. This is a synthetic hormone that does not cook out. They are unable to roam around and build muscle. The meat has WAY more fat content too. This is something you should look into before dismissing as hype. I used to think the same you do. I was wrong. Everything is made of cheap corn. Study this

  • in the old days people ate organic food, and starvation wasn't that common. why would we starve? we have so much agriculture going on that it's contaminating our watersource and basically ruining the environment. overproduction must stop. there are plenty of food to go around even right now, sitting on the shelves, rotting. it's just that not everyone can have it. going all-out-organic will promote fewer productions at high quality that everyone can enjoy, and if ppl go all out, prices will drop

  • "in the old days people ate organic food, and starvation wasn't that common"

    You are fucking retarded

  • i may be stupid but you are rude.

  • It's easy to say eat healthy/organic but in todays economy for the average family it's literally too expensive to eat healthy... hey kids we cant eat healthy for 2 weeks then starve for another 2 or we can eat the normal garbage all month... Hmmm choices choices choices lol

  • Bullshit. If you're obese, it's on you. You are the one responsible for what you eat and how much you eat.

  • Unless you know the farmer who is producing your food, or unless you are growing your own, you don't really know if what you're eating is organic. I don't trust "Big Organic" grocery chains like "Whole Paycheck" any more than I trust Shop Rite. I resent that organic produce costs more than conventional. I resent the pretentious air and the ambiance of exclusivity at such places. What comes out of their other ends is no better than what comes out of anyone else's.

  • Do you understand how much certification for "organic" labels cost? also the extra costs is not just a chicken is a chicken - those not in confinement are prone to predator attack, raising cost of production. You may be paying for the chicken plus 1-2 killed by hawks/owls/dogs due to not being confined. There is another option -buying direct without 'organic' certification;few are serious about doing that or fronting $ to help someone get land to do it. Grow it, pay someone to grow it - choices

  • This is the problem; people who are savvy don't mind paying more for organics. Those who roll their eyes & reach for the cheap, white eggs off the store shelf are slowly poisoning their selves & their family... to save a couple bucks?! I had someone point out to me "theses brown eggs are much cheaper..." My response was: " no, they will kill me; that's a high price!"

  • But the same people will not pay a fair price for those who don't want the expense of 'organic' certified but still use same practices. Or at least in 20 years of looking I've found not one who'd seriously put up money towards getting land to be able to personally raise and deliver food2them. They agree with idea; but not action; if you know a half dozen who will by all means contact me - trying to get a farm started & need land.

  • unfortunately further backing up - between 12/06 and early June 07 I've got a long list of articles published at AssociatedContent - the lowest viewed (lowest interest) was about consumers and the food supply with 101 people even caring to click on it. 3141 clicked on personal hygiene for male horses - that tells me how concerned people are in action about their food. Sad for someone trying to offer an alternative.

  • I suggest you see the movie. There are significant class barriers to "eating right." If you're poor, "to save a couple of bucks" makes a big difference. To sneer at that is a sign of privilege.

  • Greed from companies to save a buck. Greed from politicians to sell out to lobbyists. Everything comes from greed, and even something Jesus spoke out again. Yet greed, and wanting more for yourself is what fuels American culture and it's everything too many people are about. I'm sure most people want like this film, because their greed won't allow them to.

  • fcuk the moneymakers who profit off the ignorance of the public. people need to WAKE UP. this ish has been going on for years. cancer comes from the shit we eat!

  • this is a great eye-opener for a lot of people i think it's important
