your phone must be rooted to use this use superuser 1 click root ifyou dont want the hassle of moving things in your sd card

Why do you have to be rooted? Is it because they won't sell it in the android market?

@Kilorel316 no, this app is actually in the android market, the reason you need root is to grant this app permission to access the system graphics layer.
