Now that you have the technique, my little contribution would be going to the next step: Play your favourite music and try to move the rest of the body at the same time than the poi. Nice bro, you've got good control of your poi, and you're definitely on the right track, and absolutely gorgeous locations you were spinning in. Definitely agree with tori, in that I think flowers would be a good way to go, fill more space around you. Crossers and waistwraps would be good moves for you to check out. Keep it up man, looking good.

hey man. watched your whole video. nicely done. I think your next tricks should be waistwraps and flowers. that would really add to your library well! try doing some tricks with full arm extensions and if you can do the weave btb you should be able to learn the waistwraps pretty good. derekjf85 has real good tutorials on those. i cant wait till your next video. do you spin fire?
haha I jus noticed ur flow is getting much better to :( haha. Oh curious question I tried doing the forward btb weave my left hand is still the tart! got any tips on trying to get the poi to my left side right. Instead i jus turn and mess up that way! haha but hey it looks cool (kinda) :)
yeah flow demands concentration! well, for the forwards btb ( as u can c i get it wrong all the time! ) its crucial to swing your upper body out the way of the poi, so youre actually using less effort in the arm movements..... use your body swinging action as well as your arm movement to assist the pois...... if that makes sense :0)
