  • The way she sings Chapman shot the wrong person.....seriously!!!!!!!

  • I never really liked Yoko but John sure was happy with her, and it sure looks like it hurted and still huts her over the years what happend to John ..

  • i bet yoko wanted to scream "kill that motherfucking bastard!" but she realized she cant say that on camera

  • yoko is so beautiful(:

  • Lennon was a rich socialistic POS. The money does that for a man- it keeps one insulated from the real-world issues most of us must face daily

  • chapman what the hell???? u are now one of the most hated people in the world... great job

  • @CaptainDoozer ONLY HITLER IS MORE HATED lol

  • I love you yoko...fuck the haters.

  • totally agreed, john's dead, it doesn't really mean much who killed him, the deed is done, though that killer should have been exectued in the middle-ages style publicly with chopping parts off, that would be fair, but again you can't drive all the pain into the anger against that murderer, you should make him regret, cruelly kill him and forget he ever existed and think of john's death as of some kind of random accident

  • new thing to add to my bucket list. to visit strawberry fields. Rip john lennon

  • Yoko gave John what the Beatles could not. Indeed, what will a man not do for the love of a woman?

  • Screw ppl who blame and h8 yoko for breaking up the Beatles. They broke up because of Johns choices. even then, there is no blame to give. John was human, not a servant sent to earth to make songs for us. Cant people be happy with the VAST amount of songs he did provide? John would be sick by all the people that ignorantly hate Yoko. He loved her to death. Loving her was far more important to him than our love for the Beatles is. Things change, and ppl need to accept that. Yokos a good person.

  • Yoko Is Such a Strong Women, The Man she loved was Tragically Taken Away,

John Would've Forgiven Chapman, I Mean I dont know about you but, when 'imagine' came on I Had a few Tears.

She obviously has a Beautiful soul, Cause i know i wouldnt have forgiven Him.

  • YOU GOT WHAT YOU ALWAYS WANTED YOKEE ACCESS TO LENNONS BANK ACCOUNT YOU SHOULD BE THANKIN HIM

  • @flakbac fuck you

  • I got major chills when Imagine started playing

  • Bad camera work!

  • 4 her it blew my family away all we know so far is she was shot thats all we know

I think people should say forgiveness comes with time and time heals but if u are not ready

    then maybe later

It so painful to go through what Yoko Sean and Julian and da rest of his close friends felt

    It all takes time

I think the interviewer needs help he is out of line and arrogant

bring him to me I will Interview him

  • the after math in day to day living must have been unbearable If I was Yoko I would be un raveling and hitting the guy with his mike and saying would u forgive your wife's assain women when they r murdered usually get raped and other things

So I had that in my family my neice was murdered and 1 day someone said how r u

and I said I am fcked how do you think I am

I want to go see the guy who did this but I the trial has not happened

God let us find her there were so many people looking

  • Can't say I blame her at all (I wasn't even born at the time and I can't forgive him) but she clearly hasn't forgiven him - she keeps fighting against his parole applications.. He should be renamed 'fat bastard' so he never gets the recognition he wanted.

  • I wouldn't forgive him...

  • Its amazing that she can forgive. I would not be able to forgive him. He deserves no fame. Lennon worked for his, chapman didn't

  • I think a have a lot more respect for Yoko now.

  • Yoko may be able to forgive,Chapman but I cant forgive , THE WORLD NEED JOHN LENNON

  • Sho ronery.

  • She handled that very well

  • I think I am gonna move to New York and visit Strawberry fields everyday.

Playing Imagine during it really broke my heart.

He should be forgiven but not remembered.

He wanted fame and we cannot give him that.

John Lennon got fame from hard work. Chapman got fame by shooting another man.

  • @therockitsful wise words.

  • Last week, I never even mentioned the names Mark, David, or Chapman in any sentence, just not to give him any recognition. He's a crazy bastard with problems, and Yoko, being an artist and being in touch inside, can find a way to forgive him. The Pope is obligated to. I'd never be able to

  • Yoko may be able to forgive, but i cannot

  • Legends Never Die

  • I have my respect to Yoko and I don't care what you will all say. To be honest, I don't really care if John chose her over Cynthia. I don't care what he believes in. He cared about peace and everything that humanity deserves to feel and that's what matters to me. I'm tired of hearing ppl trashing Yoko because of the things she might've done. It's already there, it already happened and John is gone. We can't do anything anymore. Besides, John loved her so much. She was his life.

  • @misscarly12 yes Lennon may have cared for peace but when he met Yoko Ono he changed....getting thrown out of nightclubs drunk and being nasty to people....

  • @MrIhateconnie Lennon cared more of peace and love WHEN HE MET Yoko. See, he never cared about those things when he was w/ the Beatles. It's like, Yoko opened his mind about this matter.

  • r.i.p man

  • Yoko Ono is the nigger of the world.

  • IMAGINE THERE S NOT CHAPMAN

  • @TuAmanteOscuro ...It's hardly if you try :D

  • @singularh No hell below us

  • @TuAmanteOscuro no heaven above

  • Despite my feelings towards Yoko, which regard the things that she's done to poor Julian, I am truly sorry for her loss. No matter what happened in the past between Yoko and the Beatles, or Yoko and Cynthia, or even Yoko and Julian, this is such a tragedy...

  • how is who pulled the trigger not relevant? lol

  • Comment removed

  • I do not like Yoko but she showed alot of class and poise here.

  • "Life is the number one cause of death" -John Lennon. He was such a genius, he really changed the world and influences millions of new people every day. Peace be on him.

  • How terrible to lose the partner you absolutely adored.

  • @magicalmysterytour64 yeah well she shouldnt have

  • Comment removed

  • @Pizuzuzimmer that's why the cycle of hate and killing never ends because of that mind set

  • Comment removed

  • Forgiveness is overrated. Hate the hateful, may they and their kind vanish forever.

  • @WanagiAkicita there might be some truth in that. you can only forgive someone so many times before it gets old. but i do believe that you should forgive good, trustworthy people. everyone makes mistakes and everyone needs forgiveness sometimes.

  • John Lennon was : artist, socialist, net worth of $150 million..also egotistical, media whore..yet he preached peace and love..and all his rabid fans are her with a blood lust for his killer..who by the way was a big fan as well.

  • I hate Yoko Ono for being part of the reason why the Beatles broke up and isolating John from his friends and family and things like that but it's a pretty big thing to forgive someone for shooting your husband.

  • The assassination of John was routed through the FBI for his elimination because of John's foothold on the communities of the world. David Chapman was a setup.

  • @lifeschild1 One of the lamest conspiracy theories I think I have ever heard.

  • why would she even say "um"??!!!!! just say "NO, HE SHOULD DIE IN A HOLE AND BE SHOT AND STABBED TO DEATH!!"

  • People say yoko didnt care about johns death its not true or else why would she make sure he would still be in jail today.... Even if he did get out the streets arent safe for him.

  • @Girlinthemirrorfan He killed someone..she doesn't need to be there to keep him in jail...she should never forgive that fucker that killed John

  • @ryanplaysbass182 no dude he could've gotten out last year and some other time ago but she worked really hard for him not to be out thats what I meant.

  • John Lennon was no threat to anyone-Why would the government want to kill him -Maybe Chapman was just nut-case like that guy who killed that central park jogger who was just minding her own business

  • @curtisjones400 Yea he wasnt a threat but because he had soo much voice and used it you know to speak out like war and all of that.

  • she forgave him because she knew that it wasnt he who killed john, it was you're fucking government!

  • @hemptime123 i think the government had bigger fish to fry then John Lennon-the man was living a peaceful quiet life and was not threat to anyone-no reason for the government to want to kill him

  • @magicalmysterytour64 the government killed john, you pig.

  • Mark Lindsay Chapman killed John Lennon because Chapman couldn't accept, admit, and face the fact that Lennon turned out to be a lot better than Chapman. Since Chapman couldn't accept, admit, and even face it, his JEALOUS GREED CAUSED HIM TO DO IT.

  • I respect Yoko SO much. Not only did she get bull shit from every Beatles/John fan (Pretty much everyone, including myself) but she also had to deal with losing the love of her life and even SLIGHTLY being blamed for the incident (taking John to NYC fo Kyoko etc...) but overall, she's a very talented musical and in general artist and can handle the pain of losing a loved one, and I think she deserves major respect for that.

  • yoko loved him so much... i could imagine hating her because she meant the world to him

  • Why do people hate yoko instead of fuck david fuckman? CATCH ON!!!!

  • @jakethegimp2 John Lennon may of been Hypocritical in his songs but is that really a good reason for that fucking bitch Mark Chapman to murder him. Many Musical Artists are hypocritical in their songs, an example would be "Can't buy me Love" (by the Beatles) now how would it sound if the lyric said " Money can buy me love". Be careful what you say, who's side are you on Chapman's or Lennon's.

  • So you guys hate the bitch too? Oh my...what a suprise!.

Blow his fuckin head off ....3 cm at a time so he can suffer 1,000 as long as we have (no good piece of shit!!!!!!!!)

  • Am I the only one who broke out in uncontrollable tears when Imagine started playing...? )':

  • @inigomontoya96 no mate. Peace.

  • @inigomontoya96 no. you're not... :"(

  • @inigomontoya96 That's so ironic I was gonna scroll down and comment that exact same thing then I saw this and realized someone had beat me to it :)

  • Yoko looks like the Asian version of Sharron Osbourne :')

  • @Yazza22x Great observation ...YokOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

  • Lennon was a hypocritical tosser.

  • @jakethegimp2 why u be trollin'?

  • @MrCasrc123

    Because it's the truth.

  • The world has not yet forgiven Yoko the psycho for destroying the Beatles and all the horrible noises she made on stage with John Lennon and after his death.

  • @imallpissedoff Yoko is one of the main reasons why Julian never had a father growing up. She is a selfish, manipulative woman who even after John died never gave Julian any of John's money and didn't invite Julian, Cynthia or any of John's original family in England to his funeral. She kept it all to herself. Yoko also pretty much made John isolate himself from his close family and friends he once had.

  • @magicalmysterytour64 she didnt say she had forgiven him. she said: "I am not a pope"

  • SHE IS SO GRACEFUL almost forgiving'.if yoko can forgive chapman . mabe the world can move on, but its an insermountable task,,,i think he would write a song about trying. he would never give up on diplomacy, so to be one of us all u need do is give peace a chance, and let go of all ur celestial fears,,,lets stop the mind games

  • John Lennon had his own demons; but he never would've killed anyone. F you, M.

    D. Chapman- forever!

  • I think that Yoko handled that question better than most people would have. I think that people should respect her for answering an almost inappropriate question with such grace.

  • @mangomilkshake12 "I'm not a Pope" - who says only Popes should forgive? Sad outlook from a woman people listen too.

  • @TheBaconlaser Get over yourself, drama queen.

  • that scum bag should never be forgiven for what he done, he killed the one true great inspiration on this world.

He was the only person who could light up the darkness in this sick world.

from one scouser to another rip mr lennon <3

you went to the toppity top Johnny!!

  • It's a pity that MC didn't shoot her instead

  • @Poopingbotham Why do u suck THAT BAD! This is not a game?? If Yoko Ono Died Lennon was ded too...

  • @Poopingbotham What an awful thing to say.

  • @Poopingbotham can't really say things like that, but you have to admit you'd rather it that way

  • Comment removed

  • @magicalmysterytour64 she never said she forgave him, but I agree it is wonderful how she voiced her opinion here

  • John Lennon died at the very right moment, just as Elvis did. They would destroy their names and lives, going down to history as dabblers. It would make THEM happier, but certainly not the history book :) Thank god they´re dead ;) (callous but true)

  • mark chapman didn't kill lennon.. yoko even knows chapman was just another lee harvey oswald for the assassination of jfk, everyone is blind! wake the fuck up. PLEASE, occupy your city for the greater good, fuck these corporate assholes who dont give a fuck about you, DEMOCRACY is what we need back, were are living the illusion we have freedom, but without great people to show us like lennon, you guys should be ashamed believing this fairy tale.

  • it's so irrelevant who pulled the trigger. that right there makes the murderer unimportant, the very thing he would not have wanted.

  • @remco366 That is so true.. Yoko is very intelligent. Saying it's irrelevant who pulled the trigger means she isn't feeding him the recognition/fame that he wanted - thereby not allowing him to win. I like that, makes her a better person for not resorting to violence as a means of revenge. Personally, I couldn't care less if that horrible person DOES get what he has coming to him, but I respect her attitude very much.

  • He should never be forgiven.

    He should die extremly painfully.

That's what you get for killing real music.

  • Does he deserve to be forgiven?

Ummm let me think about that.....HELL NO! I think he deserve to be shot.

  • NO HE SHOULD BE DEAD NOOO YOKO SAY NOO

  • Champman was innocent. He killed John but he was drugged and hypnoticed, because of the people who wanted John dead.

  • @silentsurvivor2011 And you know this how?

  • I don't forgive scum. Die Mark, die, a slow & painful death.

  • Do not respond to the troll...

  • People, people. Please stop arguing about John and Yoko's relationship. You were not intimately involved with either of them; therefore it isn't any of your business. And besides, this video has nothing to do with them. It's about Chapman, and how Yoko feels specifically about him. It's about nothing else, so take the video for what it is please.

That said, Yoko is right. Good on you for forgiveness, Yoko. It's what John would've wanted.

  • You ever gonna forgive yourself for countless abortions?????????? You murdered more of YOUR OWN children then Chapman did people. Sad but true.

  • The biggest ever act. He is better off without her. She took over his life as planned with her husband. WAKE UP PEOPLE !!!!! Read the fucking book before preaching how good she was. Paul George and Ringo couldn't stand her. Does that say something??? John was my hero, and still is, but he had a tendency to be manipulated. Yoko first tried Paul, bless his heart. He told her to fuck off. John was next on Yoko and her husbands list. Love was good in the sixties!

  • @thielf65 u re a cock sucker nazi

  • IDK how she could forgive him. It just seems impossible to me. But congrats to her that she can do that.

  • I think we should forgive him and then kill him.

  • Let's talk about the reporter's hair at 1:58--was she late to the disco?

  • beautiful woman...

  • I can certainly understand Yoko's pain, but perhaps she shouldn't have scolded people for not treating prisoners with "love and care" back in the '70s.

  • that looks like the pope: f***ing little kids and forgiving insane jerks who kill peaceful people only because they think the "catcher in the rye" tells them to. yoko, let them push you as often as they want, but never forget you've experienced how it feels to see your husband dying right in front of your eyes. that's something the idiots who want to rescue chapman just can't understand. forgive them rather.

  • well said....chapman is a nothing, his mother and father should be jailed for breeding him....

  • what a stupid question to ask yoko no mark chapman should never be forgiven

  • I wonder what John Lennons first wife feels? Yoko makes me ill as she was a home wrecker.

  • i will see you again one day little yoko.

  • it's incredible how much influence one man (no offence to Yoko) can have on this world that we live in. 1 Billion people listened to the broadcast about a man who will be remembered for spreading peace, love and great music across the world. Normal people come and go but Legends live on forever in our hearts and in our menories. I'm only 17 (not that it matters) and i love John Lennon's music and what he stood for and i hope one day to be a successful musician to spread the same messages he did.

  • imagine

  • @justcurioucity Is that what John would want? I'm not saying Lennon would forgive him, but I doubt he would want him killed

I'm a far cry from the "bleeding-heart liberal" type but I'll say this. Chapman is schizophrenic. This is not just a case of some guy who acted out because mommy didn't show him enough attention. Schizophrenics have serious wiring problems in their brains. Killing Chapman would be like Xerxes ordering the sea to be whipped for destroying his bridge. Not much point.

  • chapman will never get out ever if he gets out some one will shoot him in a heartbeat.

  • @smokey11able he's got several life sentences, so if he were to die of old age, then be brought back to life as a baby, he'd still have 5 more life sentences to go.

  • oh yoko, shes so cute :)

  • What is the song?

  • @ianpagnipwners that's quite a bigoted and naïve thing to say. She was what was missing for so much of John's life, a woman that loved him as much as he loved her. See, his mother died and his family broke up very early on in his life and Yoko filled the gap. The Beatles split because that was their mutual choice, they were all miserable...

  • she broke up the beatles!!!!!

  • a billion people!!! that shows the power of this man

  • I wonder what would john think about all these haters.....SHAME ON YOU

  • In hell he will suffer heartfelt agony as he caused every person minute by minute person by person as they suffered, at the same time suffering the mental illness he claimed as he said he heard voices then admitted he did it for fame. John'll be back. Mark well... how many people, a million 2, 3... so that's 694 days for 1 minute of his life on earth after his death. I suffered 29 years of fear from the age of 8 so good luck there. And never again shall the twain meet. How's that for justice?

  • yoko i never liked you-now please forgive me for hating you-nobodys perfect and i just want to say i'm sorry for being so unreasonable towards your person- your an amazing woman and i salute you

  • Oh man, when Imagine started playing, I started crying.

  • @MarlaCouture oh man, i thought I was the only one. - just so intense words of wisdom.

  • @JulixHartley

It is indeed words of wisdom.

  • @MarlaCouture pussy

  • @DisableThis1Bitch

    is stronger than a dick.

  • yoko stop beatles

  • @PsychedelicMonkeys17 I'm quite aware of the concept of forgiveness vs. destructive ongoing resentment, which really only continues to hurt the person WITH the resentment. My "Jesus" reference was meant to illustrate that being human, we are all subject to manifestations of the ego, in this case, resentment. Listen carefully to Yoko; she does not say she "forgave" her husbands murderer, but prefers not to think about him (MDC), and continue to focus on John's life and legacy in a positive way.

  • YOKO sure is not the Pope. That is true.

  • @DAVWAVE the pope is a stupid, heartless asshole who has caused more devastation in the world than probably any one person. the anti-condom pope, batleast. this new one is just a dumbass but not as sinister

  • @sansdeity420 what about john paul

  • @sansdeity420 all popes are pieces of shit. i'm a christian, and saying that you're more special than the rest of us is bullshit. nobody gave the pope power, only the idiots that think he has "powers".

  • @sansdeity420 "THE" pope? to which pope are you refering to? Benedict XVI or the 264 before him?!

  • 100% of the reason that people are sad of Lennon's death shouldn't necessarily be because he was a fantastic and influential musician. The part that gets to me is that he was such a nice and peaceful guy who would never even hurt a fly.

  • @PsychedelicMonkeys17 You may be right that "it solves nothing", BUT in the mean time, this supposedly" mentally ill murderer gets to visit his family, gets conjugal visits, and is "protected" from the general prison population. Today, Yoko is without a husband, and Sean and Julian are without a father. Where's the "justice" in that!!??

  • @PsychedelicMonkeys17 Do you honestly think that John would forgive ANYONE who murdered (in cold blood) Yoko, Sean, or Julian? NO FUCKIN" WAY! We're not all "Jesus", you know.

  • "I am not the Pope" Perfectly said, Yoko....

  • why can't she just say "no"? what a fuckin' world we live in now where people are afraid to say people who kill should never be forgiven.

  • @PsychedelicMonkeys17 its not hate...its sadness thats a way i would express MY sadness

  • That cunt should have fried in the fucking chair, wake up world.

  • I sure as heck wouldn't forgive Mark Stupid Chapman

  • Love and forgiveness are more than virtues, they are the keys that open up the secrets of this universe to those that know how to apply them. And anyone that has applied them knows it is the hardest thing in the world to do.

  • Chapman deserves to be forgiven. He made a mistake and he apologised. Everyone makes mistakes.

  • @Matthew2400

His apology doesn't make it all better. We don't even know for certain that he actually is sorry.

The facet of this story that scares me the most is the fact that even though he killed someone out of his christian believes, he's still religious and 'thanks jesus for saving him'. I hope he won't be released, it won't bring any good to anybody, not even Chapman himself.

  • @Matthew2400 That was not a fucking mistake. He did it on purpose.
