He reconciled with Nas before he passed, but the diss records he did on 7 Day Theory which had lines directed at Nas weren't removed before his death, so they stayed on the album (which was released after Pac's death). His beef with Jay was never resolved, because unlike Nas (who also had beef with Big over the Raekwon thing) Jay was still cool with Big, who Pac never reconciled with, obviously.
