  • yah man troubles some great shit. any other unheard of doom metal i should know about?

  • @fullsixx listen to candlemass

  • Doom or Stoner metal. I like this whatever it is !

  • @VisualKeiSekai sounds more like a combination of doom and thrash to me. Awesome!

  • @hedbangr141 Yeah, I thing your right :p

  • God !!!!!!!! This band is fantastic...Amazing sound.. I love Trouble !!!!!

  • The beginning of this song (the first 45 seconds or so) is the definition of doom metal.

  • This band is of Christian Rock?

  • @CCRFACEBOOK They are more like "white metal" as opposed to "black metal." More interested in hope and, positive things than in doom and, death.

  • @MrPotatoesLatkie I understand, then this band is Christian, because I had never heard. You must understand that I do not speak English, I speak Spanish and I use the Google translator, so it's not what the band speaks in his songs

  • @MrPotatoesLatkie You could indeed call them Christian in some way, because they were obviously influenced by Christian ideas.

  • Caution: rated MATURE for Exploding Aircraft, Napalm Use, Twin Axe Attack, Loitering In Graveyards, and some Smoking.

  • o...m...g... this reminds me of the LOST 80's... needs to stay burried !

  • Stainthorpe loves stealing from the Bible. Does that make My Dying Bride a Christian rock band instead of a doom metal band?

  • @MrPierreOrdinaire no, Stainthorpe is an atheist

  • This album needs a re-master, yesterday.

  • Great Album....Lost mine somewhere along the way

  • Who cares WHAT they are??? They fuckin jam!!! Guess it would mean more if they were Satanist??? LOSERS!! GOD ROCKS!!!!!!

  • I always liked trouble.

  • TROUBLE is the fucking GREATEST.

heaviest fucking song ever written. sabbath would cut their balls off to have written this shit.

  • @chadgarland bro, you do realize that trouble is a CHRISTIAN rock band? and you just said that about them

  • @TheBigpanther68 No their not, ur dumb. their a doom metal band, they write music about parts of the bible, doesnt mean their a christian rock band, moron.

  • DOOM IS A HOLY GENRE

  • i seen these guy's open for King Diamond at the waters Club in San Pedro Ca.. They kicked ass!!! Been a fan evry since..

  • I've got this album on vinyl, bought it when it came out in '90, still play it, still love it!!!

  • Ppl care less about the music than their prejudice about cristianity...

i hate organised religion it will be the doom of this world one day

still this band gets me high on its own

  • You know, considering how unknown this band is, you'd expect some cheapass low quality music video. But no, the video's awesome. Not to mention the song itself. Fucking classic.

  • i have the skull , this album and psalm 9 on cassette!!!

  • this lp and manic frustrations are owned by Ric rubin THATS why they are no longer in print.. I have them both still and listen to them regularly

  • Trouble RULEZ!!! Simple Mind Condition is a great album....if you haven't heard it, check it out. Won't be disappointed....

  • @inghambro-I was disappointed in it. I liked all their other albums.

  • I followed troubles career since it started and if you don't like his voice he's had it from the start

  • po essa banda da hora bom instrumental belo solo e o vocal tudo beleza isso que heavy metal

  • great video, and yeah this should be in print, too bad that it isn't, I got lucky and found one used about a year ago.

  • Maybe you guys can help me. I just CAN'T STAND Eric's voice. I love Trouble, but that voice...It's so screechy and nasal. And yet most people seem to love Eric. Am I missing something?

  • @Ent666mbed, Eric Wagner left Trouble at least 18 months ago. Cory Clarke (Ex-Warrior Soul) took over. He appears on their latest "Trouble- Live in LA". Cory was a great singer for WS, but he doesn't really cut it with Trouble. Eric Wagner's latest project is called Blackfinger.

  • @Ent666mbed dude, i was about to point out that

  • @webuser1234567 Yeah, because Metallica aren't popular enough. Especially the song Enter Sandman, I mean that's probably the most overrated Metallica song in their entire catalog. Also, I highly doubt you have an HQ, and if you do, it's full of people who not only suck at math, as having the small minority of Trouble fans go view-spam a Metallica video a few times wouldn't have any significant effect, but also like sell-out metal ass being rubbed all over their ears.

  • voice like a diamond, like a gold... still awesome

    i love this guys!!!

  • Hey guys, think if someday 80's and 90's oldschool dooms & metal would come some day in mainstream. Can you imagine that? When you go to some club you could see every where goodlooking rockerchicks dancing with this shit, and that would be so cool. Anyhow I think Doom belongs to Underground where the real Heavy Metal lives.

  • doom, bit o power metal and thrash wth the excellet vocals of Eric and you've got a major force to be reckoned wih--Trouble OWNS.

  • Rick Rubin stands for gold.

Every record I know that was produced by him, is a classic.

Also Wagner is the best doom-vocalis I ever heard.

  • @Kingsnake77 I respect your opinion about Eric Wagner but Scott "Wino" Weinrich is the absolute all time best doom vocalist bar none. Also a close second would be rob lowe ex Solitude Aeturnus and current Candlemass vocalist. Listen to either the live or studio version of the Solitude Aeturnus song called "falling" to hear what I mean. You can find them here on youtube.

  • @joedell71 Just a quick correction there, as someone who know Rob and the 2 Steves in Solitude Aeturnus. Rob has at least 3 different projects cooking, yes he is doing vocals for Candlemass, but he is also STILL with Solitude Aeturnus and has a project called Concept of God that Steve Mosely from Solitude Aeturnus playing lead guitar.

  • sounds like judas priest mixed with black sabbath

  • i love how old metal videos were always epic and hilarious in their own Spinal Tap way

  • listen on the heavyness....

  • isn't doom what it is because its underground ? dont we want it to stay undeground ??

  • great song

  • Fucking good band!

  • wow, what a freaking AWESOME album this was...the eponymously named fourth TROUBLE LP....Def American, 1990....had the cassette, got ripped off early on....bought the vinyl LP, it got ripped off....bought the CD, it got ripped off....got another vinyl album off Ebay for $40, then found 2 CD's on Ebay, had to bid $50 each and got 'em both, so I'm covered for awhile!!!!! Just can't leave 'em out where young doom fans can find 'em....! Great riffs and arrangements here, awesome vocals....

  • Any suggestions for bands thats sounds a bit like trouble? I like the doom metal sound but I like it when it's not TOO slow like some funeral doom bands. I'm looking for the sabbath sound in a way...

  • @lorent123 might like Witchcraft, St Vitus, the Sword...

  • cathedral, kyuss, paradise lost.

  • man I've been looking for these guys for two yrs...could not remember the name until jesus gave it to me...Pauly

  • can anyone plz post "the wolf" that would really make my day \m/

  • just found out about this band today, love it!

  • Welcome to the club! Dig deep, there is much to love.

  • Flying Vs galore! :D

  • this song has a thrash riff

  • yeah thats true, i think that thrash and doom go hand in hand so that really works for me.

  • @evilresidence4

    Why wouldn't it have one?

    It's 1990 . . .

  • REST.... IN.... PEACE......

  • i've got this on vinyl, immaculate copy too, not that i'll ever sell it!!! Great from start to finish.

  • Intro is so similiar to "Virtual death" by Black Sabbath :)

  • best group to never get respect. this album was best of 80,s

  • trouble é do caralho , brasileiros também curtem

  • I Loved this Self Titled CD. Never got enough exposure on MTV though, only 'end of my daze'. Awesome disc from start to finish. Manic Frustration was good too. Great stuff too. Double guitar attack- Sabbath, Floyd, Hendrix influences, Riff Metal needs to make a comeback!

  • it is makin a comeback, have you heard of the band "The Sword" they're really good

  • sword is a hair on trouble's ass

  • not Sword, The Sword, Sword is some shitty Canadian band, The Sword is good ol'Texan doom metal

  • Yes, Sword is another shitty cookie cutter metal band. fuck them. Trouble for life.

  • like Solitude Aeturnus :D

  • @RazorbackVX Listen asshole, Sword was one of the most intense metal bands i've ever heard and you know who felt the same? Dave Mustaine motherfucker! He said that they were one of his favorite metal bands. Old school is the best way to go! Oh yeah, and Trouble kick ass!

  • @yahwanna Who cares about Mustaine, Megadeth is good, But who the hell gives a shit about wha you two have in common,Or what Dave likes?

  • @yahwanna Who cares about Mustaine, Megadeth is good, But who the hell gives a shit about wha you two have in common,Or what Dave likes?

  • @yahwanna Who cares about Mustaine, Megadeth is good, But who the hell gives a shit about wha you two have in common,Or what Dave likes?

  • @yahwanna ive watched the whole megadeth documentary. Dave Mustaine was inspired by some the shittiest music.

  • i agree. the sword is amazing. i got to see them live with metallica. do you know any other bands with the sound?

  • Could anybody show this vid to Kory Clarke so he understands why he doesn´t fit Erics shoes? Eric Wagner IS Trouble.

  • @5ACRO5ANCT bollocks. move on dude, kory is an amazing frontman.

  • @5ACRO5ANCT come back eric,all is forgiven...

  • This album was and is off the chain!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I could find it for under 50 bucks. love the christian lyrics.

  • Get Eric back in the band asap!!!

  • no this is not the greatest metal band.. but the greatest doom metal band.. i start like this band.

they make really good metal... even with christian lyrics..maybe you say its not christian but thats your apinion.

this band does rule... in the doom metal chene..but believer does rule metal!!! :)

    trash metal owns..

  • increible estaba buscando este video gracias hermano del HEAVY METAL

  • xuper de lo mejor en bandax ,,,,metallllllllll

  • Why in the world isn't this album in print??? I find it utterly ridiculous considering the impact this album had. It's a classic!

  • @6stgsamurai I have six copies of it =)

  • @6stgsamurai I can probably help you find it.

  • @6stgsamurai the simple mind is easily amused with pop music it's economically feasible to cater to POP zombies not free thinkers

  • I love the original Trouble with Eric Wagner. Wish he would rejoin the band asap!!!

  • @5ACRO5ANCT This so fucking much :))

  • These guys are simply the best band ever.

  • i agree. the GREATEST metal band of all time.

  • Kory Clarke is troubles new singer after eric wagner left the group. The band wont be the same.

  • WACKEN!!!!!!!!!!! \m/ Hell Yeah!!!

  • FUCK YEAH :D

  • excuse me the trouble has LANDED LUV THIS METAL

    !!!

  • The cool intro to this song sounded so familiar and then i realised that the doom metal band (Randy) Rose uses this exact same intro on their second album.

  • no one knows who Rose is, so no.

  • What i meant to say is that Rose do a cover of the intro to R.I.P. The original by Trouble is undeniably the best of course. Rose is no longer together but during their existence they put out 3 good doom metal releases that definitely tip the hat to Trouble, Black Sabbath & Danzig.

  • intro lets me think a bit of "Virtual Death" by Black Sabbath...

    Great song btw :)

  • Pardon my ignorance, but which album is that on?

I'd love to give it a listen. Thanks for mentioning it.

  • Its on "Cross Purposes", i think its release date was 1995, very underrated and unknown song.

  • Thanks for letting me know about this. I'd never heard the song before. (I'm more familiar with the Ozzy years of Sabbath.) I found the song on YouTube.

  • trouble = god

  • Why did eric have to leave them. Hopefully they will do just as good with there new guy

  • kory Clarke Cant hold A Candle To Eric Wagner. Trouble Will Never Be the Same.

  • thats so right.

  • Clarke was great in Warrior Soul, but hes not suited to Trouble in my opinion, I mean they are probably having a ball together, and he doesnt seem like the kind of guy to do something he doesnt love or believe in, but in my opinion they wont be as successful on a creative level with a different vocalist as Candlemass or Saint Vitus were. I'd love to see them succeed, but I cant see it happening.

  • The Sound is really fantastic; I have always had admiration for this band!

  • yo, hum i really like this band but i don't have any of their songs so maybe if you have some, you could give em' to me? Please pm me plz.

  • get em yourself you lazy fuck.

  • I want someone anyone post the album manic frustrations song (excuse me) i beg you who ever you are. The album end of my daze would be nicely ... I want these guys to Play wacken!!! make it so number one

  • End of my daze is on Trouble self titled album*(1990)

  • Looks as though the cemetery scenes were filmed at Graceland Cemetery in Chicago. Does anyone know for sure?

  • Oh ok allfalltoday ... Still slammin' anyway .

  • I smoked Weed W/ these guys and Played some Pool(billards) w/ them in a Bar down the Street in S.F 1990 Manic Frustration tour. it Was Awesome ! I also Got the Tour Poster All signed to Me For a Birthday Present. I still have it hanging on my Wall where I see it Everyday. Fan from the very First album. Thx for posting this

  • Great Rick Rubin production on this CD . I also read b/ in the day the used Metallica's amps on this .

  • says on their website that rick hardly was ever in the studio when they were making that record, so no rick tubbin wasnt really on this one. they were just on def jam records.

  • Why is doom metal still underground. It's far more sophisticated and fun to listen to than the 'mainstream' metal that's out there atm

  • @KingofBill

That's why. it's meant to be underground.

  • @KingofBill Right! Hell yeah. Most underground metal is better. Underground artists need to find their own way to become mainstream.

Hit me up man! I'm underground and a big trouble fan.

And actualy Trouble was a major group in the 90's and still cool now. They still play at Sweedens Rockfest from time to time.

  • who cares what they are, they smoke weed with pantera in the home dvd. awesome.

  • Eric come back,PLEASE!!!!

TROUBLE won't be the same without you

  • por cuestiones de tiempo nunca pude ver estos videos cuando salieron pero gracias al you tube los estoy disfrutnado ahora y VALLA PEDASOSS DE VIDEOSSS YEAHHHH!!

  • Eric Wagner somehow manages to combine the appearance and something of the vocal style of Robert Plant with something of the religious and political tone and style of frontmanship of Bono, yet manages to rock harder than either. How is that fair to us mere mortals? Ah well, let's just sit back and enjoy the song...

  • Don't care about the Christian lyrics. Eric Wagner could have sung about candy canes on the early Trouble albums and it would still be awesome.

  • Funny, I look just like the blond guitarist...

  • This is white sabbath hehe

  • Oh my god. You cunt. Don't even dare talk shit about Trouble like that. This is just as much doom as Black Sabbath or The Obsessed or Saint Vitus or Napalm Death or whatever.

  • napalm death was doom? i thought they were grind.... is there ANOTHER napalm death i dont know about x.x or is that sarcasm and im just fucking stupid...

  • Napalm Death were doom AND grindcore. Only one ND.

  • doom and grindcore? holy shit thats weird... cuz most doom forgive me if im mistaken isnt as fast as grind and most grind isnt as slow as doom, also doom is more of a depressive music, whilst grind is all angrier?

any recommendations of a napalm death song thats doom and grind, im curious now

  • You won't find one song that's both, and I don't know ND enough to cite song titles anyway. But some albums are doom, some are grind.

  • He might've meant that Napalm Death was a powerviolence band, which is a genre of punk which combines slow, sludgey parts and fast, grindy parts - but even then, I can't imagine calling Napalm Death powerviolence OR doom.

  • I like good doom and metal, dont mind if the singer is a little religious be it dark or light or whatever. In fact it fits in with the genre (see Master Of Reality album).

heavy metal is the classical music of rocknroll. its great no matter the content if the music is good, and this is essential stuff. i dont care if beethoven liked his Christ and i dont care of Trouble do, or just the singer, or whatever. As long as theyre making art, not recruiting. Theres a difference. Trouble slays.

  • must be the best intro ever.all time classic album.hope they come to northern ireland soon

  • Kinda reminds me a little of slayers seasons in the abyss song intro...

  • lisen to sabbath man they all beleive in god why the hell you think they had so much crosses? for protection!

  • Any fucking idiot who calls Trouble "Christian" would be 100% obliged to say the same about Sabbath. Move on you fucking mongoloids.

  • love this song,

  • You silly children... don't you know that you can partake of illicit substances and still believe in God. How brainwashed you must be to think that taking a different path means taking a path to Hell. Grow up. Good and Evil lives within each of us. We were given the choice to walk our own paths... not those chosen by society, or you.

  • My friend introduced me to this band. And I listened to "Psalm 9". Read the lyrics losers.

  • yes they are christian ... yes

  • hahaha, do never people really gonna learn? TROUBLE WEREN'T CHRISTIAN. They just singed about it, Read any interview. They don't belive in any religion. Like someone said, they smoked weed and got wasted and was totally rock n' roll. And they're not "white" metal either, metal blade just called them that. THEY'RE REAL FUCKING DOOM METAL!
