Many of the joints were unnecessary. Esthetic color purposes. If someone needed to know if a tube was hot or cold, they could feel it, look at a blueprint, or have colored labels made from the previously used tape. If there less connections, the system would be less prone to failures over time.
It seems as though the connections are well done but I have some concerns.
Why use the elastic membrane tape? Is it just in case it springs a leak or to protect the metal fittings? Either/ or ...not good. If the fittings need protected, I would suggest some type of resin to encase the connections.
do u have this thing for other countries like india,china,vietnam. U could really be making some serious money if u can keep temp below 23/24 degree C during summer which is ususally 6-7 months. Can this system be implemented for residential small flats.
@syedfirdaus88 These are coils for a geo-thermal heat pump. Because below ground temperatures are quite stable, it is more efficient for heating and cooling than air based heat pumps. Vertical coils are good for residences where there is maybe not enough land area to use horizontal coils.
