Sorry mate, not completely true... First GP2 season, in 2005, they used bridgestone f1 spec tyres, with grooves... They changed it in 2006 for slicks... One of the purpose of this change in regulation was to increase the speed in the corners by giving the cars more grip, beacuse, altough they're the best and most high tech formula car's below formula 1, a gp2 is not as efficient, aerodynamicaly speaking, as a formula one car...

You can play offline against AI, though it really depends on the mod as to how good the AI are.

They use slick tyres in GP2. Not tyres with grooves. Anyway, great video :)
