I wouldn't call our team a rugby team, I'd call them all the guys that didn't make the football team in high school and college, rare to see pure ruggers here in the states, but we're gettin there
well you have a good number of players getting into good teams now, i.e. todd clever plays in super 14, the main thing the us needs to do to improve hugely is get a professional league set up so that athletes start seeing rugby as a career option like they do with football. Once you get a league going and plenty of players playing, the money put into rugby will start to get bigger, and once funding improves more and more people will start to play it and eventually the standard will improve.

Guys come on, how stupid is your coach brian ashton, he takes of jonny to replace him with a guy who was pretty good BUT, look at the crowds reaction when Jonny was brought back on, they went mad and thats important in rugby.
