@rexrex118 ...me too...my mom got me EVERY micronaut toy the first Christmas they came out....the Strata Station was broke and I never got a replacement....
I used to have nearly every one of those toys... plus some others ... Acroyear 2, that giant four winged thing that was black and orange. Micronauts are the coolest, still.
Cool collection display. I bought a few of those things off ebay but some of them didn't come in good condition. I still want to get one of those centaur dudes but I can't find one good on ebay.5/5 stars.
killer! I still have a time traveler(yellow) and Force Commander that I've 'customized' with paint and made into a centaur- It looks BAD :-). somehow I lost b.karza along the way :-( ...that's a hell of a collection there, dude! I'm jealous!!!...how much are they worth now (specifically, b.karza & force commander)??...Thanks!
Your best bet is to just check eBay. Vintage ones are pretty common. Palisades' recent reproductions are prone to breakage and manufacturing errors, so be careful of them. Join my Micronaut Yahoo group if you're interested!
Awesome! I have a dozen of those and a few of the new Microman figures from Japan, as well as an old original microman- still havent found a decent Biotron! Sigh, those where the days.
I had a small collection growning up. Palasades Toys had plans to produce a redesigned line featuring a 3 3/4" scale Baron Karza. Too bad the company folded. I've read that Hasbro currently has the rights.
The toy museum had a huge Star Wars display in the room across the hall, with a monitor playing old Kenner TV spots and other promos. They had a great display of everything from vintage Kenner, cereal boxes, modern & vintage prototypes & knockoffs, etc etc. It was a great day to be at the place!
That's really cool. I was really into Micronauts around the 4th-6th grade. I remember getting Biotron? (the tall red white and blue guy that you could put a figure into that clear plastic section in it's chest) and the huge Battle Cruiser.
MY GOD I HAD ALL OF THEM BACK IN 1978 AND 1979 ALL LOSTTTTTTTTTTTTTT HUHUHUHUHU
