Shona is a bitch!! Last week on how to look good naked there were 2 posters. One with a muscular guy on it with a 6 pack etc.. and another with an out of shape guy and shona slagged the fit guy off like mad saying he was a poser and shouldnt be on the poster etc.. isnt this what she is campaigning against? people judging other people bodies? Her and gok complain when people judge fat people but its alright for her to slag off a muscular person.. it cuts both ways shona love!!

I think that getting body confidence in the curriculum is a really good idea. She's a good role model and she's gorgeous. Not like the size zero you see in the magazines!
