I rode this back in 2005. It was very rough, but I loved it. I even had bruises afterward. I still loved it. It was the longest coaster ride I ever experienced. It was awesome! The Son of Beast was a little too rough. I had a headache afterwards. Didn't like that one.

yes the ride has gotten pretty jerky at spots but its still a fun ride, and there is some rides worse on ride quality than the beast,(adventure express) things stupid, but the beast will always be on the rough side because its made out of the thing you call wood, the only thing i think that would probably be a little nicer is some nice comfy seats for the weaker people, but i just rode it today and its fun

Funandonly, you can look at an animation of before they came out or a current POV. Neither coasters burned down. Beast was always loopless, and sun of beast had 1 loop before they took it down because of the extrenuous vertical g-forces. an interesting fact the brakes on this are the two large wooden looking things in the middle of the track lol of course now they have modern braking systems and if you didnt notice they actually slow you down on both chain lifts as you do down the hill....plus the double helix at the end hurts lol but so worth it!

Wow I love this vid, but when you watch it you think ohh it's not so bad. But once you get on you're in for a ride. I would hate to wait in line for this, but it's worth it. Once you get to the hill with the yellow sign anytime you go down a hill like that look your best because there's usally a hidden camera there that takes your pic. Me and my bff went on a coaster like that once with the camera and once we found out where it was we went on the coaster like 50 times doing silly faces. :)
