With any other commodity this same behavior would be called RACKETEERING but when it's committed against us and our commodity LABOR it's called "good business".Wage fixing,outsourcing,offshoring,­hiring illegals,legitimizing foreign labor to drive down wages would all be crimes if they were committed against businesses rather than American Laborers.

By saying "not enough education" you are buying into the lie that these large corporations are falsley reporting to get foreign workers on a 5 year visas. We have some of the best Universities and best trained people - in the world.

There is no labor shortage. That is simply a lie to justify Visa abuse and outsourcing. The simple truth is that if their was a labor shortage the wages would be high. All of the STEM fields (Science, Technology, Architecture, Engineering and Mathematics) have been flooded by people on H-1b and L1 Visa to drive the wages down. It is now in teaching and nursing. This is being done by American business people. We are one of the few countries that does not seem to get that our labor pool IS r econ.

I don't party. I work, go to school and gather school loan debt. Adjustable interest rate and fees are outrageous. This used to be illegal in America. Now they get away with it by deceit. Usery is charging interest on top of interest. Most companies are very clear in designating fees vs interest to comply with state guidelines. They will charge other things that may seem like interest, but call them "fees" instead. They are destroying what America used to stand for - land of the free.

If your indian, why are you paying tuition? All of my cousins that are tribe members all went to school, tuition free. Two are nurses, three are teachers, and one is a computer programmer.

Hmmmm,I went to school and got a 4 year degree in a field that paid $100,000 per year when i started in 1997 but within a few short years I was training E.Indians and Russians to do my job for $50,000 per year.I was a National Merit Scholar with about 50% of my tuition paid for by scholarships and now make $60,000 per year and am on of only 4 citizen in my field at my company.By the way the guy who made this video is a Native American and he has the right to complain about immigrants if he wants

I agree, unfortunately these are not immigrants, these are people being brought here BY AMERICANS on 5 year H-1B and L1 Visa for the specific purpose of flooding the market to drive wages down. And due to the nature of their visas they cannot change jobs for 5 years, thus, they are stuck making 30-50% less-hence the hiring prefernce for foreigners on these tpe of Visas. Ameicans have not seemed to figure out that our workforce IS out economy.

4 years degree? me, my Indian and Chinese friends got Masters or PhD degrees. We didn't even get any scholarship because it was too competitive for us foreigners, We have to work our ass off delivering pizza or newspaper while studying very hard to get the best result. Of course 50k /year satisfies us because we don't need to date that blond materialistic bitch like you guys are, and also the company loves to hire us foreigner, we demand less, complain less and work more. What do you expect?

I am American and I agree with this guy. People in the US have forgotten how to work and demand way too much to do a simple job. If you own a business you know exactly what it is like trying to keep good help.

Americans have not forgotten how to work - we've just been de-incentivized.

Can you really blame Americans for not wanting to work? Why would anyone invest in an education or career when they know it's just going to be taken away from them and given to people who didn't have to work for it?

It's kind of like the old Soviet system where those who produced were de-incentivized because the fruits of their labor were given away to others. Try paying people and they might stay.

Everyone knows Indian and Chinese cheat their way through schools. Indians and Chinese with Masters or PhD is like an American 7th grader.

Then they sit around in the cubicles of Americans asking them how to do things.

"I am Indian PhD. What is byte-swapping? Why can I read this file on a PC but not on a Mac? Why does it crash on one machine and not on another? Please help me do my job Mr. American Computer Expert".

You have turned our nation into your own shitty country by decreasing everyone's purchasing power.A decent car cost 2-3K in 1968 now 20-30K in 2008 that's 1000% inflation yet wages remain frozen so now we have to borrow money for the things our grandparents paid cash for with 1/2 our education.Demand more money or get out,you allow criminals to use you as a foil to screw American Workers and don't care because it's not your country.Why turn the USA into India or China when you can just go home?

Americans are ready to compete.

It's just that Indians in U.S. companies won't hire Americans because they know Indians cannot compete against us. So Indians keep us out of the workforce because they are afraid of Americans exposing their incompetence.

Not to mention that India harbors century old hatreds of the white race because of Britian's invasion of India over 150 years ago.

If we REALLY had a talent and skills shortage in the USA, we would be seeing increases in wages of ENGINEERS and SCIENCE/MATH occupations. The USA government would be encouraging those MATH/SCIENCE smart American Students to continue their studies in these avenues by offering subsidies to the students finances.

Instead, the USA government is paving the way for Corp Welfare by allowing the importation of foreign born professionals (h-1b and L-1 Visa) that will work for lower pay.

Not realy. Knowledge based jobs are disappearing at a rate of 50K/year. Kids are not motivated by math and science because the jobs just don't pay or last very long.
