  • @wow13d Yes I know. There are always reasons why someone will get a certain level of reception and if you take any particular element away it could be different. We might as well say..."cause Stewart Cink was not a European for example". If had been European the reception would have been better but probably not on the scale of the Nicklaus reception. But yes almost anyone up against Tom that year would have suffered.
