Bruce was born in America the west coast city of SF. His father was over here on an acting gig. They took Bruce back to China where he grew up went to school and was a child actor in film. MMA UFC would be nothing today if not for Bruce. Who do you think trained 3/4 the people who train all the fighters today? Bruce even knew and trained with the brazil grapling family long before anyone in the USA ever heard of them.

You have to look real close to see Bruce block kick his foes leg. Pro sports stars are able tell by body languge the sec a ball is shot weather its going to hit it's mark before it does. Bruce was born in America the west coast city of SF. His father was over here on an acting gig. They took Bruce back to China where he grew up went to school and was a child actor in film. MMA UFC would be nothing today if not for Bruce. Who do you think trained 3/4 the people who train all the fighters today? Bruce even knew and trained with the brazil grapling family long before anyone in the USA ever heard of them.

The second part of that kick comes out of nowhere. It's beautiful. As for the "Lee was ust a martial art actor dude" Bruce studied a number of styles and believed in using whatever was necessary to get the job done. He was teaching martial arts before he even became an actor. If he were around today, I have no doubt he'd study whatever new styles were out there and try to master them. Highly intelligent, powerful and quick. Friends tell stories of how good a fighter he was. Hardly just an actor.

Bruce many times was challenged to a fight while in Hong Kong . They would come up to him tap their foot. Sometimes he would ask to show him their best stuff. Then he would say looks pretty good,lets try it out. They would do their attack and Bruce would intercept it before they barly started. Then other times he would go all out street fight and it be over within secounds. Mike Tyson was one of the best boxers ever, but it's hard to train stay in that kind of condition year after year.

You have to look real close to see Bruce block kick his foes leg. Pro sports stars are able tell by body languge the sec a ball is shot weather its going to hit it's mark before it does. They're two different fighting styles, with different rules. Bruce Lee wouldnt win on Ali's court, Ali wouldn't win at Lee's game. Lee wasn't just an actor, he was a revolutionary. He gave birth to MMA . He was practically the first to incorporate different styles to build his own. A true Martial Artist, not just an actor.

It was actually a fake then a kick. Which is two motions, Three, if you count him sliding in and shortened up the distance to execute the attack. But it all looked as if it was ONE motion. But the speed of it was the fastest I've seen that move delivered. And if you could deliver it that fast, the control level it had was phenomenal because he couldn't actually "hit" the other actor.
