Actually the G705 and W705 are the same..

i believe they are even were built on the same factory..

If its a internet phone you want stick with the I phone if its music try the new nokia music phones the speakers are brill the loudest I have ever heard this phone is way behind those two

This phone is ok 4 txting music wise its ok wit out headphones the speaker is pretty quiet not as good as some of the older sonys I have had internet wise its poor wifi can be used manually you wont be able to watch videos unless your in a wifi zone they simply wont buffer apart from that the phones ok looks nice hasnt given me any problems

The c903 & 3g battery life are about the same, and it depends if the most important thing to you in a phone is a camera/video then the c903 is best for you, but if you like apps & web browsing etc the 3g is best. For me I hardly make any calls or text, I use my iphone mostly as a mini computer, so I really only use it to check my email, browse the web, and study Japanese with my Jap language apps, so the iphone is best for me right now. The only bad thing about the 3g is no video recording.

That's about $250, if you want a SE phone, you may want to look at the w995, TM717, CS8, or maybe the w518. To be honest I haven't kept up with a lot of the new phones out there after I got the 3gs, but I'm very interested in a SE with Android on it; like the Xperia x3. Or you could look for a good phone retailer with a good return policy.

But if you have the iphone 3GS, than NO! I have the 3GS and the w705, the only thing I use the w705 for is as my alarm clock, the iphone is much faster, better etc...

You might regret it, honesty if all I had was the iphone 2g or 3g I still wouldn't trade it for the w705, To me the w705 is just like any other phone now, the iphone browser is much easier to use/faster, the w705 can't handle full web pages well, even on wifi. Also I wish I would have recorded youtube playing on the w705, because it sucks! Also texting on the w705 is hard after using an iphone, & there really aren't any good apps for the w705 & I really don't like SE's not having a 3.5headp jake

The only things the W705 has that's better is, it's smaller, it has a front camera(Which I never use),you don't have to use itunes to put music on it!!! It has VIDEO recording! it has flash on the camera, & it's a slider, which is good or bad. The GPS on the Iphone is MUCH better and so is the build quality (but personally I like the colors/design of the w705 more). As of now I ONLY use my w705 as a personal alarm clock since it's a little louder than the iphone, and my 3GS for everything else.

it does but I used my w705 with At&t so it only got 2g in the US. In Asia, EU, and parts of Africa you'll probably get 3g, but on a phone like this you probably wont notice the difference when on 2g or 3g, or at least i didn't between edge & 2g...

I'd probably look for a newer SE phone with new UI, I'm actually interested in checking out the Satio later on, the w705 was made in 2008, it's almost 2010, but if your low on cash & just need a basic full featured phone then you might like this phone.

It's actually the theme. The walkman themes has their own type of menu. And one of the walkman themes is the one on this video. The colored one you're talking about isn't a walkman theme, it's the original main menu of SE. Look at the phone's background in this video. A walkman logo is floating around.

no I haven't, the call quality is good for me cause I have AT&T, this phone is still in great condition, but just incase I recommend you buy it and try it for a few days, if you don't like return it.

it depends, g900 is for business ppl, C902 is for pple that like taking pics etc, W705 is more for music & internet users. The w705 is more recent so you'll have better features. You can also go to the SE website & compare phones etc.

the media player is about the same on both phones, but I haven't used the c902 in a while so I recommend using SE compare phone feature, it's really nice & that's how I decide which phone is right for me.

no it's still working perfectly for me, the camera is average, mine came with 2 gb, the battery life is great(a whole week on a single charge).

yes the browser is very good, but honestly there is no phone that currently exists with a better web experience than the iPhone.

no, it's not loud unless you change the volume, yes you can press the side volume to silent the ringtone, and the vibration is the same, if you buy from timtechs you get a 5 day warranty, if you don't like it return it.

oh alright thanks (: but about the loudness of the buttons. I mean "physically" as in the sound of pressing the buttons not the sound of the keypads coming from the speaker. Eg. Like when you're typing on a keyboard, you could actually hear the "typing sound"
