1960's playing the harp while her dad Alvino Rey would play the Steel Guitar on the King Family Shows which her father and Ms Rey were part of. Ms. Rey's mother was the late Luise King Rey part of The King Sisters.
Fantastic ... I remember going into her house in texas as a young child and being impressed by the harp which seemed giant to me at the time. I don't know what it was but I guess I felt like some sort of mystical energy coming off of it. Funny how my whole childhood is mostly a blur but I remember Liza Rey's harp. I wish I was more involved in the magic though. I don't ever remember her playing.
