so please dont blame the h2a system, blame the local government for not enforcing the rules. they should have the same standards we have here in florida. i've had visits from osha, wage and hour and almost monthly visits from the health dept. not to mention the legal services to interview our workers. and looking at this footage, they would have been shut down a long time ago over here.

it kills me when i hear about people or companies abusing the h2a system. in this case the state government and federal like wage and hour should be involved. as well as the health dept. It shows what standards colorado government has. i work for a company that uses the h2a system, and it is a dream come true for our workers. They dont pay any rent, water, satellite, electric, or transportation. that contractor should get shut, ruining the system for the rest of us.

The PD here in GJ have for a long time been able to act with no accountability. Latinos, poor people, and activists have long known that the police have grudges they settle with force or through the courts.

Recent arrests and firings of two GJPD officers one for beating a woman and another for raping a woman, is just the tip of the iceberg.

Demand citizen oversight and public hearings.
