@thadinininon lol fail, bandit are not slow. They might be relatively slower than other ways, but even with 99 att, str, def with overload, you cannot get more than 150k combat xp. I am not counting range with chins, or mage with barrage.

two i trained at ape toll for 90-96 attack and was getting a max of like 64k exp an hr thats with pray void and combat pots. no way you get double at fire giants you hit accurate and also you have to bank

@LinkzSage combat pots give 13k xp each does than supper, now i use extreem, and thats 26k more xp than combat. Also, this means that you where not concentrating, I was at monkey Guards before i found this spot and i was getting arround 90-100k an hour. At 85 Strength. Finaly, (a tip for you) if you are going monkey guards and using pray, put on your best Strength prayer you have, it will +10k xp an hour. But thatnks for your comment :).

easier way....if u have 45+ def, bring pineapple pizzas to stronghold of security (3rd floor) and go into the place with red spiders. that's how i got 94-99 strength in 4 days.

Just incase you wandered - The secound pouch is to refresh your familiar as you may be there longer (and to do that you will need a summoning potion) and tele tab to sell your drops or get away in an emerency. - They do drop alot - 1 trip you can make an avarage of 200-300k and they do drop alot of : rune scim, battleaxe, rune arrows, herbs, blood runes, fire runes. e.t.c.
