I agree they need to try to bring Leo back. Oh, how happy many people would be to see Leo and Greenlee reunite. Greenlee would finally have true love again. Her and Ryan just not working out.

If AMC never planned to bring Leo back than why didn't they at least find his body. After all bodies would float after being dumped in a river. Of course, they knew what they were doing. Giving viewers hope that he is still alive and someday they plan to bring him back.

its true...Greenlee is alive and I KNOW David made good on his promise...he has Greenlee somewhere and is taking care of her. She'll be back in January 2010! :D
Rebecca or Cady should've won the Emmy. I love Vanessa Marcil but you could tell she won because it was we probably thought it was the last we'd see her in daytime. She should've won in 1997 and Rebecca should've won this year.
Marcil shouldn't have been nominated in the first place. She had only been back for a couple of months of the qualifying year! That was so unfair, especially to Rebecca Budig who practically carried AMC that year, (along with Josh Duhamel of course.) I agree that if VM hadn't been in the running, Rebecca would have most definitely won. She was phenominal, especially in the scenes after Leo "dies". What a shame and what a waste.
I agree.......Vanessa Marcil is one of the most OVERRATED actresses in daytime history!!!!!! Rebecca Budig DEFINITELY deserved an Emmy. Robin Christopher also deserved one!!!!
Yes, Rebecca and Robin should have been the major contenders, the ones to beat, not VM. I have to say, I didn't watch much of GH that year, but what I did see of Robin, she was great. But again, Rebecca was involved in most of the major storylines on AMC in 2002. She was ROBBED!!!
Not Leo but Trey rescued Greenlee from falling, really keeping people wondering if something might have developed between those two but I think AMC should have really pushed for an angle between David and Greenlee or Trey and Greens, but they didn't for some unknown reason.
He's probably still alive-his character is on hiatus. Once Josh Duhamel's film career reaches a low, he's gonna come back to television. It doesn't make sense to show him float up-still alive and holding onto a branch-then have him float away. And a body was never found. All soaps do this kind of ambiguous plot when an actor wants to try out a film career.
@Har19 If anything, she's very underrated. She is a natural talent. I still don't get why she hasn't been handed an Emmy yet. (These scenes prove that she more than deserves one!)
bwahh!!! i just cried all over again. the first time i saw this i just bawled!!! and when the funeral happened and years went by and he never returned - i officially hate amc for killing one of my fav characters and breaking up one of the couples that made me love this show! the last time i cried so much was when gillian died!

Greenlee was in so much pain. She just lost the love of her life. It's so sad. I wish he'd come back and reunite with Greenlee. SHE NEEDS HIM!!!
