you need a higher lvl, when your arcane missiles lvl up they get sometimes more strikes

As you can see, this video was posted ten months ago, and at time of posting was almost four months old already. This video predates Zul'Aman haste gear or any of the heroic haste gear rewards. I would very much hope that you hit harder, considering how much help blizzard has given the arcane mage since this was posted. Ive since sold this mage and moved to an ally drood, thanks for the invite though.

Arcane is not a very good endgame spec atm. Atleast not in the start, costs far to much mana so you go OOM basicly all the time. Fire with Icy Veins is really good for raids.

I play deep frost atm, works well aswell.

my arcane missiles only hit for 949 crit right now, with arcane power, wizard oil and intel buff. 44/0/8 arcane, only basic outlands quest gear with a couple blue item quest items from doing ramps and blood furnace norm.
