When I get excited I still clap over the head like they instruct the kids to do at the start of the show.

  • Why the hell would you put in the annotations that this is from studio B Hollywood, when clearly it was a canadian show?, are you that idiodic to think people wouldn't realize it's canadian when one of the preizes are mountain bukes from CANADIAN TIRE?....... Dumbass.....

  • Wow, major rush of nostalgia.

  • good start for the host to trip over.....

  • They need to revive this show with one of the former Hillside kids hosting.

  • This game show was so sick. I wonder how many kids got jealous simply by watching those spoiled Vancouver brats swimming in a pile of every toy they ever wanted!

  • I was one fo them, I used to write a lsit every show asking mom for every single toy they won for xmas. (fyi, never got any of them.)

  • wasn't it filmed in Calgary?

  • You're right. For some reason I always thought it was in Vancouver like most other Canadian game shows.

  • I miss this show, nothing beats NES, an 80s generation fav. Canadian's rule!

  • I hope the Ginger kids lose, and my god did those telephones kick ass, and a NINTENDO

  • OMG! i can't believe this show is on here! i miss being a kid!

  • LMAO!

  • After watching this I now know, that through all of my travels all over North America, Canadians are the nicest people I have ever met. I hope to return to the "Great White North" one day soon. At least I can watch SCTV to get my fill of Canada until I get there.

  • this made my day :)

  • Wow, I havn't seen this in years!

This show is almost as old as I am!

  • This was my absolute favorite show when I was a kid!!! I watched it EVERY Saturday afternoon, on Global. I LOVED the Toys 'n' Wheels promos, and even begged my mom to take me there. She did. LMAO!!!!!

  • this is an old video my teacher told me. I watched it and Boy its old!!!

  • I don't remember this show - I just it didn't air my country.

  • The red team's parents need to be shot. Don't try to get cute by misspelling Melody by adding 32 unnecessary letters.

  • this brings back some memories.

  • wow....just wow i cant believe this show existed

  • i look back and the theme to this has influenced my tastes.

    what a find.

  • Does anyone remember the name of an old Canadian game show where people would be stopped on the street and asked a trivia question and if they were right they got money? I also seem to remember another Canadian kid's game show whwere the kid had a choice between two boxes at the show and the kid picked one does anyone know the name of it? I would love to see clips of Just Like Mom on youtube. Thanks for posting RetroWinnipeg.

  • Oblivious I think is what you mean for the first question.

  • I love how they had to clap their hands sitting in those cramped pieces of shit. This show rocked though...this and wok with yan.

  • I Remember This Games Show I watch A Few Of Them.

  • ...the conductor punched the ticket.... wow....haha awesome.

  • the grand prize is fucking SWEET!

  • My Favorite Fair food Is Popcorn.

  • My Favorite Fair Food Is Popcorn.

  • "Cotton candy because I like sticky stuff!"

    Ah, innocence of youth . . .

  • .... learn how to talk you crazy kid!!!! thats what kevin frank would say

  • "Sometimes my mom wears nothing." That mom must've been mortified!

  • THAT POOR MOM!!!!

  • Hell with an answer like that, those kids would win by default then I'd deliver the toys while they were at school and mom is there so she lets me in ;-).LOL

  • holy crap, a NES!

  • Kevin Frank opens his "Kidstreet" shows with a joke or riddle.

  • So does Pat Sharp on the UK Fun House! :-)

  • Can you upload on YouTube one of the Pat Sharp UK Fun House openings with Pat Sharp telling the start of the show joke/riddle?

  • There's already some clips.

  • Cool game show! I'm from America and it is a treat to see this show.

  • Kevin Frank looks like Ed Grimley, I must say!

  • I was on this show when i was a kid. Does anyone know where i can find more "kidstreet" videos???? I've never actually seen it.

  • Reminds me a lot of a children's game in the US called "I'm Telling."

  • Kevin Frank is the nicest guy.

  • did anyone else see the host trip at the start of the show its at around the 30 second mark

  • he likes sticky stuff huh? Ooooookay lol

  • Plus, if you watch F1 or CART, where are their hands and arms when they celebrate...in the air! It's to mimic that I think..

  • I think they clap above their heads because there's no room in the car, and I'm sure they're told to clap on cue. The only thing I remember about this show was the kids clapping

  • why did they always clap above their heads?

  • My husband and his brother were on the show and apparently the microphones were right where their hands were, so they were told to clap above their heads so they didn't interfere with the sound.

  • There are Three Team!

  • Is the same show in french "Secret de Famille" but there a kid and a parent. There three team.
