  • Aw that's cute

  • Awww! I wish we something like that around here... :3

  • Aww, I want a boyfriend like that ^^

  • Very cute!

  • Now run us the AIDS psa.

  • @jooooooooooll That's hilarious :D

  • Coming out is nerve wracking. I waited for years to tell my mum. She was like, yeah, I knew, be careful and I still love you. How anti-climatic, I mean I was already for a Harvey Fierstein - Anne Bancroft moment from Torch Song Trilogy. Still I am VERY glad she and my dad are ok with it. Just wish I had done it much sooner now.

  • @Tannimd I know what you mean. I felt like shit for about a year until I couldn't bear anylonger hiding the truth from her. I was close to a nervous breakdown when I told her, and she reacted so relaxed, I was like "wtf, and for this I almost peed in my pants?" lol. I'm very glad she is so accepting. This was almost 10 years ago.

  • fuck GAYS!!

  • @narutoSU8D every chance i get. Fucking straight guys is not near as much fun. They scream and complain. I guess its true only real men take it up the ass.

  • @Tannimd Hahahahahahahah! Well said!

  • i thought it was gonna be an extremely hard thing to come out as bisexual to mym mum but it really wasn't, mainly because she is very open minded. i feel bad for people who have intolerant parents.

  • I wish we had such a thing here. Maybe I wouldn't be so freaking nervous about coming out...

  • So adorable! Why have I never seen this ad on tv before???

  • WHOS Ready foR A GOOd ol Fashioned FAg DRAG yeeeeeeeeeehaaaaaw fussin queer folk

  • I wish i saw the hotline before i came out, it may have bee less emotional

  • Good ad :>

  • Fantastic ad - I wish we had the funding to do more current commercials for TV!

This ad is quite old (circa mid-90s) - the numbers for the Gay & Lesbian Counselling Service of NSW are now: (02) 8594 9596 for Sydney metro and interstate callers, and 1800 184 527 - lines open from 5.30pm daily.

And just for the record - same-sex attraction is NOT a perversion, it's completely normal (just not as common as heterosexuality) and don't let anyone tell you otherwise :)

  • @Olympas1979 you're pathetic :)

  • Hater v

  • I absolutely LOVE it!

  • awwwwwwwwwwww <3 so sweet. this ad seems pretty old tho

  • Is that the guy from latter days

  • ahh so sweet!

  • Same here mate, its fucking hard being Transgendered, but hey people will get used to it.

Just like a stormy sea eventuly carlms into serine waters.

  • Thanks for the propaganda. You need counselling if you need counselling for coming out. Either say it or don't. It's that simple. Don't trust all these organizations that want to but in...none of their business.

  • This video is a farce. NO parent can be happy to learn that their child is gay. Parents may come to accept it, but that doesn't mean their hearts aren't broken.

  • @dyad2r1 The video doesn't deal with parents learning that their children are gay. It leaves the impression that the parents have already put that behind them and have learned to deal just fine. Increasingly more parents are actually just fine with it.

  • hmph wish my parents were like that, my father legit annouced that if any of their kids dishonored him he would disown them. sucks being bi in a close minded family

  • @darktemplar441 My family is anti-gay as well. phew, am i glad i'm not gay. my family hates me for expressing support for gay marriage though

  • Wow, I wish I had a place like this when I was a kid. Even a commercial like this is uplifting. They would never show this in the States I bet.

  • @Beeht that sounds sad.

  • @Beeht Nope they wouldn't. :D

There's generally places and things like this around... it's just really hard to find them. I didn't find the one near me until 2 years AFTER I came out.

  • That was precious

  • nice

  • What's the name of the song in this video?

    I really like it :)

  • @#$*&^!

  • This is cute :)

  • thats really good :) its super hard coming out. no human should have to deal with the emotional distress of it.. lifes a bitch i guess. and theres some narrow minds out there

  • @benjaminjanet Some? =)

  • cute :]

  • Amazing ad! The guys and the girls look they are ok. No stress, no rushing, just Live.

  • @kopryk Too bad it's usually like this when you didn't need counseling to begin with.

  • im glad there is a web site that offers gay and lesbians counseling...cuz god knows they need it.

  • Why are there comments about atheisim here? This is about the LGBT community, people! Gosh, get a room infideluxe and waldoman7! LOL

  • @dadevi

Without going back and looking at all the comments, I can make a good stab at answering your question. Ultimately it's religion that people use to justify discrimination against the LGBT community. That's where the discourse leads, and that's why church-state separation is so important. You really had to ask? Come on, now.

  • @infideluxe

    simple:

You cant beat hate with hate. It will just make more hate.

  • @tenedria

Criticism is not hate. Nor is ridicule.

  • @infideluxe

    sorry typo:

You wont insult someone if you like him.

Thats what I meant. >_> Its logic... like... if I Love someone but I don't respect his beliefs, I wont mock him for it. Since you did mock him, we can guess you don't like him, you might even hate him.

I might have guessed wrong but thats only called reasoning.

  • Beautiful Commerical..

  • Ninety nine percent of all "So-called" Christians have absolutely no clue what this means..."Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven" Scientifc Atheist's, who, stuck in their illusions of thought, sadly can not realize that it is not a religious statement but a scientific/spiritual fact of understanding. To cleary understand what Jesus meant (not the church's view) is to truly understand your own being.

  • "Love and do as you will" - Augustine-

  • Non-sequitur.

    —me

  • Im glad you at least signed "Non-sequitur" and took it on as your own. However, again not staying on topic, I just got out of the hospital (3 days) and had a some type of diabetic attack (more tests need to be done) needless to say, I did not feel well while I was in there and hope it's nothing too bad.

  • And here I am three times your age and healthy as an ox. Of course, I could get hit by a car tomorrow.

    Such mysterious ways!

  • I so agree..I just recieved new medical information regarding some type of tumor that might be there (around my t-4 and t-5 areas) and now they have set new appointments with teams in the radiology and oncology (i will look them up and educate myself later) departments and my mom is like really freaking out which is kinda freaking me out! Thankfullness that I am still not "cluttered with thought" and freaking my own self out hey? Take care and thx for not being a smartty pants when i told u

  • Leave the hard work of medicine and science to those "cluttered with thought." I'm sure you have much more important things to do, like post on youtube.

Be happy that you're only a sick hypocrite instead of a sick member of the Followers of Christ Church. Your parents would disallow you medical care in this case, and, like Ava Worthington, you'd simply die. Ah,religion.

I actually believe you're lying, and in either case, you're already brain-dead, so why should I have sympathy?

  • You are one sick individual..Wow!! Bye!! and unlike you,..i mean what I say!

  • I don't doubt you mean what you say.

    Wow.

    Bye.

  • —Sam Harris

  • An average Christian, in an average church, listening to an average Sunday sermon has achieved a level of arrogance simply unimaginable in scientific discourse - and there have been some extraordinarily arrogant scientists.

  • There is, in fact, no worldview more reprehensible in its arrogance than that of a religious believer: the creator of the universe takes an interest in me, approves of me, loves me, and will reward me after death; my current beliefs, drawn from scripture, will remain the best statement of the truth until the end of the world; everyone who disagrees with me will spend eternity in hell . . .

  • One of the monumental ironies of religious discourse can be appreciated in the frequency with which people of faith praise themselves for their humility, while condemning scientists and other non-believers for their intellectual arrogance. ...

  • wow man. i think you just summarized why i'm an atheist. religion is full of so many controditcions which the religious don't hesitate to accept because "god told them that they must accept them." And the whole god loves me but hates you thing belongs in ancient times not in the modern world. But that said don't get to sure of your beliefs, like I am some times, because then you'll be as bad as them.

  • Thanks for the comment pointyears. Here's the thing - I never claim surety on any beliefs. However, all one needs to do is simply to outwardly doubt the existence of god based on insufficient evidence, and the theist becomes a raving, name-calling, lunatic. There is no "I'm sure" in doubting.

  • The "Unawakened" theist - they rave and are lunatic's. However, I am really glad that you stated that you never claim surety and you used the word, "doubt". To the unawakened atheist, they seem to only cling to the religious person that has no clue and think that THEY hold the truth/answer and that no one else does. It is really easy to pic the hell outta them correct? The atheist's obession with thought is truly sad. Their thinking is limited and pic fights with the ignorant to feel good!

  • Another "Unawakened mind" - See my note that I sent to infidelux regarding the "Unawakened Theist" and I hope that you can go further then your thoughts! Geez..I swear..On one side we have the brainwashed religious zealots and on the other, the brainwashed intellectuals (although some pseudo one's) that can never go further then what their thinking will let them..to you both..WAKE UP and LOVE!! Jenni "Love and do as you will" (sorry - can't remember the author of that quote, but I love it!)

  • Look, man. To doubt the existence of Almighty Allah [SWT] for even a moment is the height of kufr (disbelief). I myself am gay, but since my faith in Islam is dearer to me than this entire world and all that it contains, I must contain my worldly feelings and remain single - or else the gates of Paradise are forever closed to me and the Blazing Fire would be my eternal destination. Ameen summa Ameen.

  • I pity you. It's a perfect example of belief in absurdities leading to atrocities; the killing of your own natural human desire in the service of religious dogma based in fairy tales.

What we might call "moderate" Muslims would still support your decision, and would thus most likely tolerate gay-bashing.

This is why Islam and Christianity (and Judaism) must be scrutinized, criticized, and relegated to the scrap-heap once and for all, like all mythologies before them.

  • i totally agree but it is going to take a long time as, having been christian myself, i am aware of how strong and powerful faith is. Mine faded away slowly but had it been criticised and attacked i think it would have grown stronger. religion will pass away slowly, because it is false. However, none of us really know anything for sure so we have no right to criticise the believers of these faiths.

  • "none of us really know anything for sure so we have no right to criticise the believers of these faiths."

Science converges on understanding, religion on ignorance. We have absolutely every right to criticize any belief system built upon mythological premises. Harshly and roundly. Please see watch?v=SlaCq3dKvvI

  • dude, you are awweesommmee

  • "the killing of your own natural human desire in the service of religious dogma based in fairy tales. "

and why is that such an atrocity? the desires of the flesh aren't worth worshiping. If his religion gives him peace of mind and purpose then it's well worth going without sex.

  • Never said anything about "worshipping." That's religion's game, not nature's.

Peace of mind and purpose do not make the fairy tales in which they're based any more true. The harm of religion should be enough reason to disavow people of wishful thinking-based belief systems. But religion feeds the ego so much that it's very difficult.

  • i obviously didn't mean literally, though it might have been construed as criticism of certain popular atheist behaviors.

i'm having trouble responding to the rest of your comment since i can't remember all that he/I typed. Due to youtube's ever changing and always confusing comment organization, i can't find the old posts either.

i generally agree with it though, save for the part about religion being wishful thinking based

  • I'm interested in understanding what you mean by "certain popular atheist behaviors."

  • well atheism is growing, and apparently marketing to the masses. This has led to it becoming something of a fad, and attracted a lot of unintelligent and pseudo educated people who know jack shit about what they are criticizing. They dogmatically cling to the teachings a couple popular atheists or websites. If the modern pop atheist happens to be right about anything it's by accident and certainly no product of his own thinking. i'm not saying theists are any better though.

  • Atheism is lacking belief in god(s) based on lack of evidence; it is not a belief system, like non-astrology & non-phrenology aren't belief systems & non-stamp-collecting isn't a hobby. As less people buy into religious superstition, it seems only natural for theists to label atheists "dogmatic." What this shows is that they are well acquainted with dogma, nothing else, and is most telling. You wouldn't hear so much from atheists if religion didn't stick it's nose where it doesn't belong.

  • that might be true in theory, but with modern atheists it seldom is true in practice. I don't feel like bickering about what is ultimately pointless name calling though so i'll bid you farewell.

    nice chatting with you.

  • Name calling? I'm sorry, please point out where I did that.

Could 'that might be true in theory, but...' and 'I don't feel like bickering' imply a lack of any type of reasonable response to my comment? Have you begun something you're unable to defend?

If that's the case, the gentlemanly thing to do is reply honestly.

  • I accused you of name calling, but the "debate" would be little more than that. i mean, defend what? How do you even go around proving what amounts to a stereotype about a certain group of people being based more in emotion than reason? it's not like there's research for that sort of thing. The idea can't be proven or disproved so it would just amount to bickering.

  • Research abounds into the "belief" part of the brain. I'm not sure which idea you're talking about that can't be proved or disproved, but if you're talking about the existence of the superskydaddy known as God, its existence is to unlikely as to be as dismissible as leprechauns . It is not a 50/50 proposition. Possibility does not equal probability. Russell's teapot and all that.

  • I mean there's a few things i could do but this would end up being such a long and tiresome debate about something that doesn't matter in the end. All this from a single sentance that i didn't even originally care if you understood.

  • If you don't care to be understood, don't post. Long and tiresome debates may tax your brain, but again, once you speak, you will quite often be held accountable for your words. If you can't defend them, retract them. If you refuse to do either, you will not be taken seriously.

  • also i just noticed a typo. i meant to type "I never accused you of name calling"

  • @infideluxe

hey stop this, dont mock someones belief =_=

What about tolerance? Those beliefs are deep into is mind and you should respect that. =.= because that's his heritage and his culture.

I don't even know what your trying to do, its as if you were trying to convert him to nothing O__o

  • @tenedria

Not sure exactly to which post you're referring. Regardless, mocking someone's belief does not equate to intolerance of the sort that, say, is meted out by genocide in other countries.

The days of theists claiming exemption from criticism of irrational beliefs seem to be vanishing. Perhaps criticism would not occur were theists to maintain a modicum of humility and keep their beliefs from harming progress.

    And respect is earned.

Reason is not "nothing." Use yours now, okay?

  • @infideluxe

Religion and homophobes can't disappear just like that, it will take a long time. I HOPE you don't really think insulting him will make him stop believing. Thats something time and perhaps, also informing classes at school can do (it worked at my school).

  • @tenedria

You're going to have to be more specific about whom I insulted and what I said in order for me to respond. But in general, I would ask you to discern between hate, ridicule, criticisms, insults, and dis/respect. They are not the same thing.

  • well does the Koran directly say that homosexuality is wrong? unless it does I think you have the right to live truthfully to yourself and to not only enjoy the afterlife but this life as well

  • 8 6 7 5 3 0 9...whatever! In our private emails you choose to answer ONLY those that fit your intellect and left the enlightned questions unanswered..whatever..i really wanted you to be one of my mentors EVEN when we disagreed as much as we have. However, to totally ignore the radio/songs we discussed and to try to rationalize them in a kinder way, I too have to say Adieu ..and I say that with deep sadness!!!!!!!!!!

  • badpsychics d o t c o d o t u k

  • I have blocked you from my e-mail because I believe you are a deluded bliss-ninny who's convinced yourself that woo is real. It's the woo that you want to be true, so that you won't feel so blue. But you live and you die, so enjoy it while you can. Nothing points to any truth found in wishful thinking.

  • LMAO...did you think I was emailing you? I emailed you like two or three weeks ago as YOU emailed me first..however, bitch pls..get over yourself! Furthermore, can you even be aware of why after of almost 2 weeks you wanted to speak "at me" are you looking for attention? sorry..this email is to state that you will not get it from me..if you reply back and/or email me again, I can only conclude that your looking for attention poor little boy : (p.s. - watch..u will NOT resist from replying )

  • And this disgusting "be my mentor" bullshit - please! Can't you think for yourself? I didn't ignore your radio song "psychic abilities." I simply do not give it credence. Your highly defensive attitude about it also speaks tons. People have imbued coincidence with lofty meaning to serve their own deluded ends since the beginning of time. Is there any reason to think that your boring little radio story is special?

  • Btw way infidelux..i srsly do enjoy what u have 2 say and i really hope 2 learn mo in da future from ya..lol (if you do not mind Ciaou..lets jus keep it in the emails ..appears others do not know that this is an ABC conversation, your A im B and someone need's to C there way outta it..(enough kiddish <-- correct sp btw half words for you? Or do you feel the need to be angry at forms , which is all they are (words) anyways...but heck..if u wanna ..be angry at form and move on :)

  • Above all..remember this..:"Love has No(body)" Love is however, the moment...between two human beings...that when in silence...they indeed know they are one" Luv and Peace and Hugs, Jenni

  • Gay's (The Homosexual Community) are just as insane as the hetro's are. The sad part however for the Gay community is that they actually think that they are intellectually more evolved then the hetro's cuz the hetro's dont have a clue, Right? WRONG! This is for ALL OF THOSE that have not awkened yet! To love someone, or to say they can ONLY love someone based on what that person has between their legs, means they have no love at all and are about as closed minded as one can get! Jenni

  • " they actually think that they are intellectually more evolved then the hetro's"

Really? Who said that? I think you're projecting.

Where does this between-the-legs-only-based loving come into the picture for you? Gay love, like any love, is about that and also about much more. We are both a biological and emotional species.

Just what is your message, anyway? Be clear, now.

  • I do not think what I said was unclear. Hetro's think that Homo's are sick and Homo's think that hetro's don't have a clue! Evolution lies in the middle of them both! Loving and falling in love with someone for who they are instead of the form of their body! If you need more clarity then that, Im sorry, you will have to find it from someone else...Hope there is no hard feelings regarding our discussion k :) luv and hugs, Jenni

  • Again, clarify: "they actually think that they are intellectually more evolved then the hetro's."

Cite your sources, please or hold your tongue.

How do you explain nonsense like, "volution lies in the middle of them both!"

We are who we are, our bodies included. Love can be sexless and sex can be loveless, and that does not necessarily degrade or improve either.

I'm going to have to write this off to woo-addled bliss-ninny-hood.

  • Ahh..a pseudo-intellectual..Now I see whom I am dealing with...Appears you do not know your other half (Spirit) nor love on a deeper level, so....lets say your right and move on K? ;) Hugs, Jenni

  • Naa, not even close to being an intellectual. Critical thinking doesn't necessitate it. Talk about "pseudo" though - your kissy little sign-offs!

Having fun trying to guess what I do or don't know? Enjoying feeling superior?

Define spirit. Is it like god, with no real definition at all? Does spirit behave in mysterious ways, or does it, like god, behave in ways that are indistinguishable from its total absence? Enjoying making it all up as you go along?

  • Yep..if lt's love..well..yes...then superior :) knowing who I am (spirit, conscious) ? No..I do not know who I am, however..I know who I am not, which helps. Btw.."Hugs AND Kisses" hee hee..Jenni

  • You are solely a function of your brain. It's a notion with which the religious and the woo-addled have difficulty, but which science bears out ever more strongly. It is not a bad thing unless knowledge intimidates you.

Who you are not is a non-sequitur. Who you are could be found in your words. Initially, you probably hoped your disingenuous sign-offs were taken literally. We now know better, don't we? Come up with a definition for spirit yet? Don't worry nobody else has either.

  • Part II - .."For who among men knows the thoughts of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so the thoughts of God no one knows except the Spirit of God". I've also listened to another language that I did not know and again, knew what they were saying. Many, possibly you i dare say, have never experience the love of the Spirit and the gifts that come with it..

  • The arrogance that religious belief engenders knows no bounds. You work brain up into a froth of woo and believe you're magic. Then you convince yourself that it's a special gift, and you're part of the club. Poor unbelievers! And this is called indoctrination. It makes people stupid.

Anybody can interpret their subjective experiences however they want. Subjective experiences are real, but do not exist outside of your mind. Schizophrenics know this all too well.

  • Part I - You seem like a very angry person, but hey, I'll bite :) Although it's true words can not express our conscious/spirit, we know it when we are in it and living it. Words would only be form or a concept that I have. However, as many already know, those that do not have the Spirit, the wisdom of the Spirit is foolishness to them. I know what it's like to read minds through the Spirit

  • Certain things piss you off, I'm sure. Does that make you "an angry person?"

"I know what it's like to read minds through the Spirit."

You're doing a piss-poor job of reading mine, as you attempt to fathom what I know and who I am. As Salty says, most of you know that language does not trump reality. Those who do not are welcome to perform a self-levitating incantation.

The best you can do with language is to hypnotize those around you. That's the art of the mind-reader.

  • That dear Sir is the "Art of a Mentalist" not the art of a mind-reader, Which this further reminds those to give to the school of arts...a mis-read mind is a waste of time :) thrrrrp!

  • The brain is only a tool..do you think that critical thinking is the answer? Pt. well taken however cuz Im looking at myself because of what you said. I mean..i believe that our thinking is limited, however, who I am (my conscious) is still there if my brain/thinking is damaged in anyway. What do you think on that?

  • We are our brains. "Who you are" changes dramatically when your brain is damaged. Have you ever observed an Alzheimer's patient?

Consciousness is not a noun; it's a verb, and it's wholly a brain function. If your brain is damaged enough, you die. "Who you are" dies too.

  • That you may be wrong regarding you, my , our Conscious..you think the brain creates it? I believe it is a verb, it was (me, my conscious) never born and will never die. I recomment reading Eckhart Tolle's "A New Earth" Jenni

  • Perhaps I will read it. My sense of Tolle from what I've scanned on the internet is that he takes a Buddhist approach.

  • He takes an "all" mind-opening approach and I consider one of the most open-minded and best teachers/mentors I have ever had! Hope you may see it that way as well!! Jenni

  • Nice little word salad. At least you're now aware of the disingenuousness of your smarmy sign-offs, enough so to quote them.

  • Opps..."Big HuGS!!!! :) (Didn't want you to think I forgot to be disingenuous) xoxo, smooches, luv ya, take care, fuckoff, tootles, backatcha, au revoir, adios, arrivederci, gute Nacht ;) Ich lieb dich Mr. Infideluxe Jenni

  • How is your Ego when it comes to being a "Critical Thinker" I wanna be one if I can be that smart lol j/k luv ya, Jenni

  • Scientists must be critical thinkers. The best scientists are open to being proven wrong - many actually relish it. Science still progresses. Even Darwin was wrong regarding catastrophism versus uniformitarianism. The theory of evolution did not suffer for that.

Religion, however, makes claims to absolute truth, and only begrudgingly shifts the goal posts when it's cornered (e.g. we live on a round, nonheliocentric earth, not a flat one).

  • That is the Scientists (the Critical Thinkers) main enemy..The Briain..They appear to be a possesed thinker, unconsciously thinking. Always in thought instead of being always aware. If I had to choose between the two ..i would take awareness over thought any day. Srsly..why do you think people meditate, to still the thought or the awareness (careful - trick question there) I enjoy my stillness and my peace and I still have sooooooo much to learn and how to learn! Jenni

  • And scientists will continue to assure you the comforts of good health and modern technology so that you can be as still as you want.

Scientific brains allow you to connect via the internet to all these people. Let's see how long you'd last without those brilliant people who specialize in critical thinking. Don't be a hypocrite.

  • "Don't be a hypocrite" R U Serious? Do you really think that they got those thoughts on their own? Do you srsly think that frequency, spirit and quantum did not help their so-called, "Critical Thinking Process" C'mon...im falling in love with u...albeit an older person, I'm starting to love not only your open-mindness, but your willingness to see things another way!!! Pls..stay open to "everything' not just somethings?

  • Don't be so open-minded that your brains fall out.

  • Hypocrite? Whatever!! U only WISH u knew me! Jenni You only WISH you knew what it was like to hold me, kiss me, discover "each other" and to find an intimacy that did NOT involve the mind but our own awareness of each other..You are SO FAR removed from being aware of me its sad...intellect that! For Christs Sakes..FUCK the Critical Thinker and LOVE instead!!!!!!!! WTF is wrong with you!..Besides that rant..I like you and will miss you!!!

  • "You are SO FAR removed from being aware of me its sad"

I think that this is the most hilarious and also the most pathetic comment I've ever read.

"FUCK the Critical Thinker and LOVE instead!!!!!!!!"

Enough exclamation points there? Remember, hypocrite, without critical thinkers, you'd be dead. You exercise it yourself when you're not proffering woo, but probably aren't aware of it.

  • So Mr. Ph.D. man, do you like getting your intellectual ass handed to you by a 16yo H.S. girl? Don't be upset though, it's a gift (spiriual awakening) You cant earn it, learn it or apply credits towards it. Sometimes it comes to the sinner before the saint (but not necessarily). I hope one day YOU awake from your obsessive, critical thinking. Jenni

  • " do you like getting your intellectual ass handed to you by a 16yo H.S. girl?"

I know you are kidding, since intellectual discourse absolutely precludes statements such as: "it's a gift (spiritual awakening)," as well as, well, everything you've typed. I understand how you see yourself, though: as a legend in your own lunchbox.

Your response conveys a bitterness to the fact that a creative person can also call you on your woo.

    "Mr. Ph.D." LOL!

    "Elitist!" she squeals jealously.

  • Jealousy? From a guy who adores me? Btw..I'll make a bet with you, okay? I bet that I get "MY" Ph.D. 2-3 years of age before you recieved yours? Are you a betting man? Nah, nevermind. It would be like stealing candy from baby! Sincerely, your secret little crush, ME!! LOL (If you did not adore me you would stop) Why can't you stop speaking with me? Be flippin honest for once in your life, oh, yeah..your probably to wise for love to right?

  • " From a guy who adores me?"

    You're confusing me with you.

No love interest here. Sorry to burst your bubble - I'm gay. Remember why we're here?

Snarky 16-year-old girls professing "spiritual awakening" simply amuse me. I'm having a good time with you.

  • Hence my original statment that started this all off.. You can't love me because your gay? How sad is that? "To Love Someone Based Only On One's Gender is to Not Love at All." -- Jenni

  • Another word - love - is up there with bliss as far as subjectivity goes.

I love plenty of people in plenty of ways, friends and family. I don't love you because you are not in my life in any important way.

  • Srsly? Do I "need" to be in your life in an important way to be loved by you? Im able to enjoy the simple things like listening to the rain and the wind. I do notneed the mental stimulation of entertainment, I enjoy the "bliss of being". Since Im not condtioned to pay attn to only form i can enjoy simple things, even enjoy my own company.

  • "Srsly? Do I "need" to be in your life in an important way to be loved by you?"

    You betcha.

Bliss of being is fine. I don't knock it.

Enjoying one's own company is an asset. So? What do you imply with this last comment? I translate that you consider yourself exceptional because you are made happy by non-material things. This is not exceptional.

  • As in one's limited thinking (trust me, your thinking is limited as well) your translation was about as far off as your thinking. Im starting to believe that you think your have the "Great" ability, an ego-inflated ability to see through words, well, your not very good it appears. I have a question for you though, why not look into a kinder way of viewing, translation of words, which, again are only form and for those that can not get by form, again, they are limited in their being.

  • "Im starting to believe that you think your have the "Great" ability"

Your calling my doubt a "great ability." I guess I can live with that.

"why not look into a kinder way of viewing, translation of words, which, again are only form and for those that can not get by form, again, they are limited in their being."

Form, content, essence. How you love to mix and mash words. You believe you're creating meaning. You are only attempting to kick sand in my eyes.

  • Im not kicking sand in your eyes, it's the metaphor your giving yourself for not being able to see content vs essence. Not my fault your that blind that you believe your getting sand in your eyes. Once again, your words are only form to me and what you say is nothing new. In fact, it's quite boring.

  • We've established why you continue to conversate with me on an open board. Do you have "ANY" ideal why I do the same with you?

  • You can't love me because your gay? How sad is that? "To Love Someone Based Only On One's Gender is to Not Love at All." -- Jenni And yeah..you betcha my "Bliss of Being" is fine....Glad your learning....and just so you know..One day you'll love me :) Yes....I can be a little smart-ass sometimes, however: I do not claim to have your knowledge (yet) however, wisdom is another story! I have character count yet so..xoxo lol

  • You take the fact that I don't love YOU very personally, bliss-ninny. Get over it. I'm just not that into you, k?

    "One day you'll love me."

Proclamations like this point to a particularly religious sort of ego-mania.

It is highly doubtful. I do not claim to be sure of anything, but it is very highly doubtful. You may view my skepticism as a personal attack, but doubting their absurd claims always angers bliss-ninnies. Be well.

  • We go through two different type of puberty, physical and spiritual. In many cases, parents do not talk about the physical, in MOST cases they NEVER discuss the spiritual puberty that we go through. Some miss puberties because of many reasons, drugs, alcohol and/or plain denial due to parentism's. Which one was it for you when you were a "Snarky 16yo boy?

  • "We?"

    "Spiritual?"

Sorry, "spiritual" is a word I distrust and rarely use. If you want to talk about emotional growth, functional behavior, good parenting, etc., you'll have to define the "we," the "where," and the "when."

I don't take seriously new-agisms like "spiritual puberty." Even people I love I don't take seriously when it comes to this.

And I still have a good time!

  • Relating to people on a spirtual level is to not see their content (see - key word) but their essence. I relate to other people with loving kindness that comes from a place that we (I) did not learn,. Emotional, Functional, Parenting skills (yep..parentingism's - not one parent has ever come unscathed through that) all content, no essence of the real person, only what they mimic from their teachers that the crossed paths with. Love me?

  • Are you still finding yourself impressed with your sign-offs? What intentionally poisonous little barbs from one who professes to practice "loving kindness!"

Do you ever re-read your posts? Your entire second sentence is mangled beyond coherence. If there is any meaning, it's entirely lost.

Let's have you write a little essay defining the difference, in an objective way, between "essence" and "content," okay? Ready, go.

  • No..i could give a shit how I type, write and word things. If you can't get the gist..oh well...As for tasks...I could think of a mulittude of them for you, tell me when your ready to "go" good grief you think so highly of yourself..I would almost safe to assume your not in a current relationship, correct? Srsly, you seem to not have the abilit to be intimate with others?

  • Are you impressed with the insanity, sufferage and madness of your "highly human intellectual briain"? Only the Ph.D's of our worlds history have come up with weapons to destroy our own existance. Buddha, Christ and Hindu's all have this in comon, the understanding of the madness of our human mind. For you, I say, "To recognize one's own instanity is of course, the arising of one's sanity". I hope you find yours. I do like you..wish you had vulnerability to go with that mind! Jenni

  • "Sufferage" is not a word.

"Only the Ph.D's of our worlds history have come up with weapons to destroy our own existance."

    This makes no sense.

"To recognize one's own instanity is of course, the arising of one's sanity"

    Obscurantist bull.

Regarding vulnerability, you seem again to making shit up as you go along. What you cannot know about me, you fabricate. What you do not know about the universe, you fabricate. It's okay. You're in good company.

  • you show, at least in your writings that you have no vulnerability or intimacy, if YOU wanted someone to know that in your writings, then show it instead of insulting constantly.

  • Arrogance is fabricating explanations about the universe that satisfy your ego even though they have no basis in reality.

Humility and "vulnerability" is the understanding that human knowledge comes much more slowly than the course of one lifetime. Feel-good, supernatural explanations are employed to appease the uncomfortable fact.

  • Btw..if THAT is the most pathetic comment you've ever read you have not read much..how n the hell do you get your ph.d? Online i bet.....right? Im right ain't I? lol your are sooooooooo fun to play with..Older guys that believe they can think and also believe they are out of the box, are just a lot of fun! Like I said..you just could NOT resist to send me another note..u luv me..admit..u fricken love me!! hee he

  • No, little girl, you're wrong. I did it the old-fashioned way - with years of hard work and lots of critical thinking. At the same time, I managed to create some great work - very fulfilling.

"Out of the box." Definition, please.

"Thinking." Something inimical to woo, which you continue to believe means something specific, while you're still unable to say exactly what.

"you just could NOT resist to send me another note"

It's true. I love sharpening my teeth on bliss-ninnies.

  • Okay..finally..honesty, but, "Bliss-ninnies" LoL Have you ever felt bliss? Aside of art that is, have you? Finally, I notice that you quote alot o my words, however, you seem not to quote the wisdom I put you in (meaning that you define exclusively by thought) ..You do not seem to ever quote that? Somewhere in your ego infested consciousness you know im correct? Btw..my teeth may not be as sharp as yours, but my moments of peace not cluttered by thought are "Bliss"

  • People feel bliss in different, subjective, ways. I feel it when I make and hear music, for instance, on a warm breeze, or when I eat something good. Others don't. I don't define the content of or reason for their bliss, and neither do you, much as it seems you'd like to.

By "bliss-ninny," I mean people who believe that the universe gives a shit about them, and is somehow showing it. There's no ego in rejecting silly notions; only in believing them to satisfy one's sense of "purpose."

  • Good evening friend..are you in need of stimuation? Your knocking at my door again with words choosed to not only impress me, but to hynotise me as well..how do you think you doing? :)

  • to hypnotize (sorry - i know your a stickler on words - lol

  • If you hypnotize so easily, it's not my doing. Perhaps you've been damaged by succumbing to those snake-oil salesmen who've hypnotized you once too often.

  • "Scientific Brains" The wisdom of this world is folly with God. What is the wisdom of this world? The movement of thought and meaning that is defined exclusively by thought - Stop obsessive thinking and enjoy! Futhermore, "Love and do as you will" (Cant remember the author on that quote but love it) Hope your moments are going wonderful! Jenni

  • "Stop obsessive thinking and enjoy!"

Think it's that binary? I'll tell you that I'm an artist - that I create art, and that I hold a Ph.D. in my area of art.

    Binary destroyed?

  • As I stated to you before..the wisdom of your world is the movement of thought and meaning that is defined exclusively by thought..i understand that is unconscionable to you, but sadly, that is the world critiical thinkers live in, obessive, constant thought! Tata Mr Ph.d man (btw..those come a dime a dozen) lmao~

  • I'll end it with this petit ami Infidelux - Having a Spiritual Awakening is not something the learned can learn. It sometimes comes to the sinner before the saint, but not necessarily. The first one is a gift. To the scholar that has the wisdom of the body, but has yet to wake up spiritually and sadly walks around unconscious, but with a puffed-up degree mind, insanely trying to find peace and above all, the greatest gift, love and intimacy..to that I wish you! " " Jenni

  • Ignorance + arrogance = ugly. Tsk, tsk. Knowing nothing about me (bad mind-reader), you, as many theists tend to do with atheists, label me as sad, elitist, and basically unsaved.

This is religion's in-group brainwashing at its best. Scientology, Islam, Christianity, Judaism they all know that the others are sad, lonely people, too!

  • Hey, first off, a couple of things here..i kinda like you so coolAND..., if you knew ANYTHING about the ability to read minds you know it doesnt happen over a computer..furthermore..im trying to be light in my responses to you and yet you KEEP coming off as a jackass..srsly..did you get beat up as a kid? Speaking of that..I turned 16 this past Feb and I do NOT claim to have t he knowledge you have, but i srsly DONT want the unkind wisdom you seem to be spewing @ me? BE NICE! Jenni

  • You make up the mind-reading rules, huh? Seems that "psychics" who purportedly help police don't need the person to be present - why do you?

    "Be nice."

You see, the problem here is that religious and "spiritual" people have not been called on their bullshit for the longest time. So now anybody calling their claims into question is perceived as mean. Logical, reasonable questions feel like an attack. Scrutiny hurts. Get over it.

  • yea. if you ever plan to be taken seriously stop acting kidish and also actually type out the words not just use that stupid "let me just take like 5 letters from the word an put them together people will get it idea". It just shows how unintelligent someone can be. and don't even go there with age i'm 16 too and I know alot more then people give me credit for. mostly because i don't try to show people up but thats just me.
