Wow - that's a young man's job. These guys WORK! Hats off to you oven tenders - this should be an Olympic sport! Bread Baking Synchronization- I can see it now, and Who's going to say no to that? As the competitions are ongoing, the loaves can be fed into a Tesla Hopper that chops up and deep fries all the baked bread pieces in rendered duck fat or clarified butter, redistributing perfect croutons to all the fans like edible confetti. It would be a big hit.
