Salut. pour répondre à ta question tout dépend de l'accord qu'on joue. A savoir,

Sur Mi (Mim), Sol et barrés type Fa (Fam), on gratte toutes les cordes.

Sur La (Lam), Do, et accords type Sim (en 2ième case), on gratte les 5 cordes ( dc ttes sauf la 6ième Mi). Et sur les accords type Ré (Résus, Rém.. tu grattes les 4 cordes (ttes sauf les cordes de Mi et la, 6ième et 5ième.
