to me, managing your feminine or masculine energy requires that you BE who you really are emotionally which does NOT include ego defense mechanisms, false ego, and failing to consume your own shadow. Control is just a manifestation of an ego defense to fear... of not being in control. Or fear of chaos or disorder. Fear of unpredictibility or ambiguity. You have to give up fears like this in order to dissolve your issue of being overly controlling. And as a guy, controlling women are a turn off!!
