Here are the prices for those supplies in my area.

The prices for grid paper went down a bit because of the magic paper selling now.

The brush normally is sold around 10-40 dollars.

You could get a very decent ink stick for 5 dollars but there are some good ones around 3 dollars too.

Ink stone sells around 10-20 dollars at least.

@artvirtue your welcome... if you live in the philippines, chinese paintbrush is surprisingly cheap. you could get a decent paintbrush for 5 philippine pesos (roughly 2 cents).

If a brush is well made and pointy, we may use less than 1/10 for small-scale calligraphy or about 1/5 to 1/3 for the size shown here. Same brush, just different pressure.
