Mate you really helped me, seriously...I had this problem, folder opening wasnt fluent, it took like 1 second or half, but still, wasnt fluent. I did disable all the services, kaseprsky totally, I was about to format my pc cuz of this when I found this. This fixed the problem, Ive no idea how this is possible, I turned off kaspersky totally and kasperky's services and the slow folder problem was still there, now that i followed instructions in ur video, everything works even with kasperky on,thx
